Really nice and clean room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good bathroom with a big shower and it even had a little shelf to step up on while washing legs. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. There are lots of chain hotels in the area. This one is recommended.

This is a great Hampton. We were greeted by the friendly staff and warmly welcomed. Our pet was accepted graciously and there was a nice place for her to be “exercised.” The Inn is in a wonderful location near restaurants and shopping. Our room was comfortable and quiet even though the place was busy. The breakfast offers just about anything you would want and the seating was inviting and open. Even though we didn’t use the fitness center or pool because we were in town for a wedding, it’s nice to know they are available and well taken care of. Parking was close and free and the front desk clerk helped my ailing husband with his luggage while he caught his breath. Everything in our room worked as expected and the temperature was easily controlled. We felt welcomed and well accommodated throughout our three-night stay. Thanks to the staff and management of this location for a job well done!

Hampton Inn is super clean. Rooms had flyers that described what extra cleaning measures they were enacting which I greatly appreciated considering COVID. Wifi is fast. Rooms are stylish and comfortable. Staff is friendly. They have a business center and other amenities which we found useful. They were willing to accommodate us as a last second booking.

We've stayed at this hotel a number of times over the last 10 yrs both when we lived here and since we left. It is really falling under disrepair in recent years. The hotel is lovely and has an attractive layout but badly needs an upgrade in carpet, paint, bedding, bathroom fixtures. The room we are in has large cracks in the porcelain on the sink, a piece of the shower is missing, the bathroom faucet leaks, some electrical outlets don't work and the room stinks of cigarettes. I sprayed perfume all around since moving to another room is not an option since they are booked solid and we have too much stuff to move. There are some good things about the room which are the refrigerator and microwave both work, the TV works although the cable is less than perfect. It tiles and there is no way to know what is showing on each channel since the guide says "no information". The beds are acceptable but the duvet is very old and worn out, and therefore doesn't seem clean. The Internet is spotty at best...we may need to pay extra for an upgrade in Internet service. The elevator we needed for a large amount of luggage was broken so we had to use one much further away from our room and carry our luggage a much longer distance. Hubby loves the breakfast here which is always good. All in all I would not recommend this hotel at the price we paid which was $250 a night.

My family has been traveling Colorado on several occasions, and this room has been the WORST hands down we have ever stayed. As I'm sitting in bed at 2am, before my family makes our long drive back to our state in a few more hours,I have given up trying to sleep in the most uncomfortable King size bed I've ever been in. The King suite with a balcony is so small my family of 3 has to shuffle awkwardly around one another to move about the room. There is no room for our luggage in the room, but there are about 4 wasteful, ridiculous pieces of furniture that need to be tossed off the balcony instead of taking up the only space my family has to exist for this, Thank God, only one night stay. The room itself smells musty, not just the typical aged hotel carpet smell. The kitchenette is the smallest, with appliances that need to follow the same path as this furniture. Trash it! The balcony is not for smoking....so I paid extra to have that access as a smoker, instead I walk down to the first floor and stand outside in the parking lot while the balcony I paid for won't be used once. Don't pay extra if you stay here and expect any benefits or comforts. I will stay in a Motel 6 before I ever stay here again.

Baby shower event. The hotel staff set up the rooms and were very helpful in accommodating our requests (ice for drinks, water pitchers, table clothes). The party was booked from 3pm-7pm and we had a fantastic time in the hotel.

I am a Hilton Gold member and did price shopping for this hotel. Found several significantly lower rates via google hotel search. Most were less expensive than using the Hilton site, signing in as a gold member, and adding AAA, etc. I called Hilton for price matching. The first person found the rate I was talking about - about 33% less. Took considerable time to do this. I thought I was good. Then I was transferred to the "price matching desk." Total waste of time. The second person spend just as much time and found an excuse not to match. Same room, same dates, same hotel site. Perfect match. Except that the other sites had a cancellation of five days before. And Hilton offered different cancellation dates. They used that as a reason to not match. It was a joke. So I booked a different hotel chain, even with a slightly higher rate.

Great weekend getaway visit with my son. Only complaint and I knew when I booked was the hot tub and pool were out of service. Staff was friendly at the front desk and always greeted us upon arriving and departing. Continental breakfast was good with a changing variety of waffles.

Great location for Colorado Springs and surrounding area! This hotel was clean, room was good and the front desk staff was very friendly. Only issue was the housekeeping area door- on 2 mornings when they cleaned, there were several times the door would be pushed open and it would bang against the wall, which was the wall to our room, causing a very loud bang and then followed by another bang when the door would close. I would suggest asking for a room away from the elevator (housekeeping door was by elevator on 2nd floor) Otherwise, stay was good and the location was perfect.

I stayed at.the Hampton on September 8th. The hotel was super clean and they listed all of the precautions they were taking to keep people safe. The hot breakfast was very good considering the pandemic. The staff was fast friendly and smiling , if some what limited in understanding. I walked to my room and tried to use my text messaging and phone after linking up with the Hilton Wi-Fi. My phone worked on every other function. Amazon access my bank my mutual funds my emails , etc.. I ask the front desk if they had any idea why I couldn't make phone calls or text. They told me to contact my provider hard to do when the phone doesn't work. When I got away from the hotel my phone worked. So I called T - mobile they could find no problems with their signal. The only thing they said it could be might be a cell phone blocker at the hotel. I notice the next morning when we were all outside brushing the snow off of our cars. Everyone was on their phone. Also I had trouble with the heating in the room. When I first went into the room the temperature was set at 68 I moved it to 72 the heat came on and ran for about 30 minutes. But over the next hour it didn't come on so I raised the temperature to 74 and again the heating came on for about 30 minutes and stopped. The room cooled down but the unit never came on. So I raised the temperature to 76 nothing happened. By now it was 1230. During the night I checked on the thermostat and still the heater didn't run. Then at about 630 AM it ran for about 30 minutes. I asked at the desk the next morning and they said there control unit said it was 74 in the room which I doubt. I guess I will have to start carrying a thermometer.
