Best sleep ever and the shower was fantastic. Conrad at the front desk was helpful in finding a nice place for dinner late in the evening. The breakfast was overboard, plenty of options including chocolate milk, variety of yogurt, make your own pancakes, bacon and little egg white omlets. The pool was down one night because of chemical imbalance but we didn't use it anyway. Easy to access from the highway and close to gas stations. Def would stay there again!

A fine, newish hotel in a rapidly growing area of Colorado Springs. Our one-night stay was very good, thanks to a spacious suite, plenty of plugs and USB connectors, good lighting, a comfortable bed, towels of above-average quality, painless advance check-in, a room refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a satisfying breakfast buffet that offered some of the best green chile I’ve had in months and a location close to a range of shopping and restaurants. Our only complaint was a noisy compressor outside our window that kicked in with regularity. Not a dealbreaker but an annoyance. We recommend this place.

In brief, this hotel is a new and clean facility located on the east side of the city – about halfway between the airport and the Air Force Academy. It is essentially located in one of the many shopping centers located all along the eastern rim of the city.
The room was new and clean and very large. The only complaint is that the décor was minimalist, so it felt a little sterile.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was standard Comfort Suites fair (buffet with eggs and a meet plus a waffle maker).
Overall, it is nice and clean and a safe bet to return to when I next find myself in Colorado Springs.

The room was comfortable , clean but no extra wash cloths or hand towel.
Location is good & parking. Laundry room was not clean & coin dryer did not work had to wait & wait for staff to come & restart. The breakfast was a 1..no jams ,butter ( when asked they said they didn’t have jam,) one person was in charge so messes of syrup took awhile to clean up
& food was lukewarm, & they had a vegetable looking soup as part of the early am offerings ? Soup? Bread was inferior & dry .. we ended up eating out & bagels were hard.. normally Comfort has a nice selection of fruit & dash & go items but not at this location . The stay was quite & morning personnel were friendly.

The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom towels were fluffy and the shower was just ok and weird to manipulate.... BUT the most horrible of all was the super strong smell of pine sol that permeated throughout the room. It was so terribly strong it burned our noses. We came in late so when I called the front desk to see if we could change rooms thinking maybe it was just this one, I was told there was no other options. There were two huge commercial busses in the parking lot and I was told the hotel was completely sold out. We turned the fan on high and kept the door propped open for 2 hours and that wasn't helping anything. I ended up taking 2 large bath towels, wetting them with hot water and rewashed the floors. It didn't help much as the smell was still so strong we had to breathe through the blankets the entire night! We thought about sleeping in the car and we would have if we didn't have a medical procedure the next day. I will never sleep at a comfort suites again. I was never so happy to get up as early as I could to leave this place!

We booked this hotel as it was recommended as a newer hotel. We did not receive room service even when asked for it. There was 1 - one washcloth and 1 - one hand towel in the room when we arrived. The toilet was not flushing properly so we had someone come fix it...it broke again the next day. 2 separate days there were dogs in the breakfast eating area (these were not service dogs). I will not stay here again and do not recommend.

Very clean and nice hotel. Well worth the price. Lots of the hotels in Colorado Springs seemed outrageous to me. This was the only one that seemed to be a decent price, but still be clean and nice. The beds were SO comfortable. The room was HUGE… like awkwardly huge for an average room, but obviously not complaining about that lol. Didn’t notice hearing anyone above us or in the halls. It stayed pretty quiet and we were placed by one of the elevators.
One downside, was the size of the pool. While we were there, there were about 4 people in the pool and it was pretty packed. Also, the hot tub was not in service at the time.
Please note, this hotel was laid out a bit weird and got us confused when we arrived as it is a Comfort Suites / Mainstays in one building. So one entrance (as it looks from the outside) stays locked. But you will go in on the side that says Comfort Suites to check in. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good, considering the size of the hotel the breakfast area was a bit small and stayed pretty crowded in the food area and I noticed quite a few people had to go to their rooms to eat as there weren’t many spots available to eat in the dining area.
I would definitely stay here again!

This was the absolute best comfort suites I ever stayed in. It was so clean and the staff were outstanding especially SEBI he was so nice always happy 😊 and always had a smile on his face. I will definitely be back in the future. And one more thing the breakfast was delicious 😋 lots to choose from.

This looks like a new hotel. Rooms are spacious, staff is friendly and helpful, and it is close to many restaurants. Anyone who complains about this place cannot be satisfied with anyplace. Highly recommended.

This is the nicest Choice property that we have EVER stayed at. So clean, great tasting breakfast with vegan options, and very friendly staff. We would like to thank Jalen Bailey, front desk, for his friendly and caring help while we were there. It sure makes us want to travel back to Colorado Springs again!!
