By far the best island hotel experience my wife and I ever had. Great water activities and decent private bungalows. The staff are the life of the resort and the food is crazy good. A must visit resort!
We recetly spent two nights in Serenity Island and we couldn’t choose a better place for our holidays in Fiji. You feel like in the paradise, our cabin was right in front of the beach and you could hear the sounds of the waves from the bed. The sunrise and the sunsets were incredibly beautiful, they even took us one day in the boat to watch the sunset from the see. The food was also amazing and the restaurant is also right in the beach. The staff is so nice and welcoming, they make you feel like at home, from the General Manager to anyone on duty: special mention to Seba, Bon, Mary and Sami. We also enjoy so much all the activities with Sami, we learned a lot about the Fiji culture while we had fun. I would definitely come back to Serenity one day!!
Where to begin!? Serenity island was the experience of a lifetime. We really had no idea what to expect leading up to the short boat ride to the Island, but the entire experience from beginning to end was absolutely magical. Every member of the staff was so authentic and genuine in every interaction we had. It all began with a memorable Bula Welcome song right as we got to the island. They were so excited to share their culture, traditions, amazing food, and incredible island with us. They had daily excursions set up which were a great way to experience the island. Shoutout to Isaac for being the best Actives Director in Fiji. Shoutout to Sammy who had such infectious energy! Then along with every member of the staff were all truly world class. The food exceeded all expectations. All food and fish were fresh and they did a wonderful job of mixing up the menu across breakfast, lunch and dinner . So much better than any basic resort food that you usually need to settle for. We woke up to ocean right outside our door every morning on what felt like our personal beach. The water was warm and the weather perfect. It truly felt like paradise. We could not recommend our stay enough. The only constructive feedback was the WIFI didn’t work very well in our room, but worked great in the lobby / restaurant / pool / majority of the property —- But no need for WIFI while you’re in paradise!…
To spend a vacation spot....Choose Serenity Island It was awesome and lovely place to be with friendly and help full people with a Bula smile. We enjoyed staying on the island Staffs and managements were very supportive from the chief to the welcome group. I enjoyed the activities organised by Izak and Sami. Environment was beautiful and cleaned and Rooms were well maintained and was fully airconditioned The most favourite part i enjoyed was the sunrise with waves on the sea. We got the same love, treat and greeting same as the tourists My daughter loved the fishing trip and the swimming in the pool. The food was also delicoius from the breakfast to the dinner and was entained by the dancing group. We are not a millionair but we live like a millionair on the serenity island
My husband and I had the most wonderful time on Serenity Island and the staff all made us feel so at home! Vikash, the General Manager, coordinated his team very well and helped to make sure our needs were met. He and his team came up with so many thoughtful ways to make our experience unique. Isaac was wonderful and so friendly. His activities were so much fun and taught us a lot about Fijian life/culture. Mike, the boat Captain, catching us a lobster to eat fresh was a highlight of our stay. He also took us fishing and it was a great day out on the water. Every single meal the Chef cooked was astounding. He truly has a talent for creativity and bringing to life flavors. We ate fresh seafood daily and the Chef even threw in a few surprises which were not on the menu. Sami’s and Kami’s bar service and cocktails were fantastic. The other Sami also provided wonderful customer service. The ladies did a great job of giving us relaxing massages and a very clean room every day. They were very friendly and attentive. The Island itself is surrounded by a magical reef. We snorkeled every day and enjoyed kayaking around the pristine water. It is great to see the island recovering from the impact of COVID-19 and several cyclones. The staff are working hard to make continual improvements. We were so happy to support their recovery. The staff were LGBTQ+ friendly towards our same sex relationship. We are telling everyone how fantastic our stay was. The staff all went above and beyond with service and customising our stay. Giving experiences and food options outside of the norm is a fantastic feature in a resort. We will definitely be back!!!…
