There are 2 Holiday Inn Express hotels on El Camino in Santa Clara. The front desk staff was helpful. We stayed there several years ago. They have recently renovated, very nice improvements. The pool was too cold for me. The grab & go breakfast was pretty generous.
Anytime I need a room for an out town family member or corporate guest I book them here. At first they are a little puzzled as to why the holiday inn till they stay at this property!! Amazing staff and the property was just recently renovated. Save your self hundreds a night and stay here, you’ll be glad you did! This is easily one of the better hotels in the area.
Friendly and helpful front desk - Thanks Nik. Clean room and very large. Room seems to be recently renovated and comfortable. Location is great as well for those who meeting with companies in the San Jose, Sunnyvale Palo Alto area.
We were a family of 5 who stayed in one of the suites. We just need an overnight sleepover and it was suitable for our needs: a bedroom with 2 queen beds and a sleeping couch. There is an outdoor pool but, unfortunately, it is not heated so our kids were disappointed. There is a nice modest complimentary breakfast: scrambled eggs, omelet, sausage, bacon, cereals, breads. It was everything we needed.
This hotel is 3 miles from Great America and it’s in a safe location. Check in took longer than expected but the clerk was friendly. The breakfast was better then we anticipated and there was something for everyone. Good variety of hot food, cold cereal, fresh pancakes, yogurt, omelets, fruit, and pastries. Would stay here again.
This hotel was in a perfect location to go to the 49ers Game at Levi's Stadium. The establishment was well kept, clean, and staff was very helpful. Parked our car for Free & Über was able to pick us up & drop us back very easily.
All said in the title. What more needs to be said. Quiet on weekend. Price is right. Reception staff friendly. Free parking a big plus. Very clean. Corridors bright. Only one elevator though but stairs are conveniently located close by.
Everything you want for place to stay. Conveniently located near restaurants and shoppings. Friendly staff, clean spacious room and nice firm beds. Free WiFi, free parking and breakfast. All were great. Will come back.
I was in town with my niece for a few college tours. Chose this hotel based on their Trip advisor reviews. To say that I regret staying here is an understatement. Upon entering my nieces' room, we discovered hairs in the tub. My husband and I immediately went to the local store to purchase clorox and cleaned her tub. We checked in late and I was told no one was available to clean her tub. The next day, the iron in the room stopped working. We received another iron to use during our stay. When I used the iron, there was something black on the plate of the iron. This black matter transferred to my NEW shirt, ruining my shirt. I was crushed. Lastly, the night before check out, I returned to my room to find my bed sheets were not changed. The Housekeeper made up my bed with visibly soiled sheets and comforter. It was disgusting! I called the front desk and reported to Kaitlynn what had occurred. I also shared with her my dilemma with the iron. She apologized and brought me clean bed linens so I could change the linens on my bed. I updated Will the following morning about all of the challenges during my trip. He apologized and said he would give me points. I explained to him that my shirt was ruined. He stated that because I prepaid there was no way he could refund any portion of my stay. It is very unfortunate for me, the customer , to pay over $1000.00 for a single stay and not be compensated. So I left this hotel with a ruined shirt, having paid for cleaning supplies, and performed task as if I was Housekeeping. This is not right nor is it fair. Never will I stay at this location nor will I ever prepay with the IHG brand.…
Well stayed here for a night while transiting through the area in July. It is what you would expect from a Holiday Inn express hotel. Given it was late booking, it turned out to be an expensive @ $374 a night........
