The price was reasonable because it included covered parking and shuttle service to and from the airport. The bed was comfortable, the hotel quiet, and staff friendly. I’ll certainly stay here again if I am faced with an early morning flight.

This was my second stay at Four Points by Sheraton. (Downtown) It feels like a throwback to a time when customer service was a high priority. The entire staff was very attentive, from reception, to the restaurant, to the housekeeping staff. Great location, within walking distance of shops, light rail, etc. Will stay again! Mark

Good location close to San Jose airport. The staff was very helpful and they have a small snack area in the lobby. Good rate for the room. They do charge $15 for parking but there’s a lot next door if you want to avoid this charge. Nice room and comfortable beds. They are currently undergoing renovations so if you are here during the week it might be noisy. Saturday and Sunday wasn’t an issue. They are converting to a Courtyard Marriott.

The good part was the onsite restaurant and bar. The food was good and the employees there were friendly, making it a good place for a quick bite after a long day of travel.
Now, to the bad stuff.
The shower was broken. The faucet handle was completely detached. Unfortunately, I didn't discover this until the morning of my departure, so there was no time to get it fixed or get another room.
The room was also very noisy. It was right next to the gym, and you could hear the treadmill through the walls at 3:30 in the morning.
The front desk employees in the evening were very rude. The front desk agent who checked me in actually called me "young man" as I approached the counter. That's something you say to a precocious little boy, not an adult, and it's incredibly insulting. (We were the same age, as it turns out.)
Worst of all was I tried to follow-up with a manager about these issues, but none was available and I'm still waiting for a promised follow-up call.
I won't be coming back anytime soon.

I expected this hotel to be very good since it was close to downtown San Jose. I usually don’t write bad reviews but the experience was very bad at this hotel. I asked for water bottle at the front desk and they said they didn’t had any water bottles in stock. I had to drive to get waters. This must be the first hotel with no water bottles in the stock or in the room. In the morning the elevators were not functioning and they didn’t had anyone to look into it. Front desk didn’t seem to care and all she was saying to talk to general Manager. I will not be visiting this hotel anytime soon.

From the clean, spacious, comfortable room at a great price to the proximity to SJC Airport to the excellent and very reasonably priced breakfast, I just can't say enough about this hotel. But by far the best feature is the staff. Every single staff member is just amazing; so friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Bernie and Anthony for . really going above and beyond. I highly recommended the Four Points SJC anytime you need a stay near San Jose Airport and I will most definitely be back.

i was totally strax strucked by this hotel. I usually stay the most luxury hotels but and four points San Jose performed beyond four season.

Room was a bit dated, but comfortable. TV was very small and did not have the local sports channel so I couldn't watch the Warriors game. Staff was all very nice, Corona in the breakfast restaurant was incredibly sweet when I came in right as they were ready to close and took care of me. Didn't get the Vietnamese guy's name who drove the shuttle but he was funny and kind and had a great chat with him on the way to get my rental car.
Would recommend based on value and ease of getting to airport and friendly staff, but the rooms are definitely due for a remodel. Bigger TVs with ability to access streaming services would go a long way.

This hotel is in sad shape. Everything is worn out and dirty, the rooms are small, cramped and dark, the windows are sliding doors that don't close tightly and let in cold air and noise. This hotel just needs to be bulldozed. The restaurant/bar is run down and has all the charm of a Soviet apartment block, I had to check out after 2 nights. Staff friendly enough but they would not move me form the horrible room I was in so I left. Burger and beer great, the restaurant staff very sweet and attentive. Don't stay here unless your flight was cancelled and you need a bed by the airport.

wasn't sure what to expect at the hotel. apparently it was a different brand previously. the hotel website on one page says it doesn't have an airport shuttle, but another page does. called the hotel and was informed to hop onto the shuttle with the airplane crew that was waiting for it. the front desk and restaurant staff were terrific. the hotel looks like it has been remodeled, except for the elevator. that is an expensive part to replace, but it is definitely old. would have given five stars if that had been the case.

I wish I could help you, I don't now the answer to your question. However I do know the Sheraton Four Points will go out of their way to accommodate customers requests.
If you wish to leave your vehicle, you must purchase one of our Park sleep and fly packages. Our shuttle service operates from 4:45am until 11pm at night.
There are more places to choose from in the San Jose area.
