Wanted a hot tub but got a jetted tub. I needed to clean it before entering. Tub was nice and jets worked. But it took hours to empty. I reported the problem but it wasn't fixed. Bed in coach was also not useable.More

Thank you so much for reaching out to us. Our shuttle runs from 4 AM to 12 AM so it is not 24 hours. Here are the instructions from our website regarding scheduling the shuttle.
Hotel Shuttle
After you pick up your luggage, please proceed outside and follow the airport signs to the Hotel Courtesy Shuttle area. Once there, use the phone in the waiting booth to dial 13 to be connected to the hotel or call the hotel at 1-800-862-8839. Look for Classic Shuttle with the Days Inn San Bruno logo on the side. Shuttle pickup schedule is from 4am to midnight and is on call. You can schedule a drop off to airport when you check in at front desk. . *Please note, check in time is 4pm - If you arrive before 4pm the shuttle may take a little longer than expected due to dropping off passengers. Please also note, our shuttle service in contracted out and is used by other hotels in our area as well.
