This hotel was just awful!! Whatever you do DO NOT stay here. The pillows were the cheapest pillows ever and gross. You can barely get in the bathroom to use the toliet as your knees almost hit the back of the door. This place is used by "ladies of the night" and the Management does not do anything about the loud noises even if you complain. They list their place as providing breakfast and they DO NOT. Although we asked for a non-smoking room, the room we had smelled like 1,000 cigars. JUST TERRIBLE!!!!

Loud, filthy, scary, overpriced Motel! Should not be advertised as a hotel! No lobby, had to check in through slot in window standing on busy loud street with homeless all over parking lot! Sprinklers went on in evening where I had to stand outside window to check-in, the worst in a very long time! Don't stay here, lots of better options 15 minutes away!

We were driving Route 66, so we booked this hotel because this hotel was on the way. I should have suspected something because the price was on the low side when compared to California prices. From the start it was a different experience. The lobby was roped off with plastic tape. No, it wasn't a crime scene, but there's a fair chance it might have once been one. it was because guests can not enter the lobby. this was around 3:00 pm, not in the middle of the night. After spending a night there, I'm pretty sure it's for the safety of the staff. You have to go to a window to check in. Of course there was no elevator, so we had to lug our baggage up the stairs. Although the room was fairly clean, it appeared the room hadn't been redecorated for some time. That night we could here lots of yelling on the parking lot. One time I peeked out the window and saw a police car, given the folks walking around the neighbor I think this was a common occurence.…

This place was disgusting! We had no hot water! Thank God it was only an overnight stay as we could not take a shower! The room stunk, the a/c barely worked, the bed was lumpy and lopsided, pillows were the same! I cannot get over that Wyndham would be associated with this crack house! When we complained to the manger when checking out about no hot water, her response was - Well no one else is complaining!!! Great answer!!

we booked this room for the night because it was super close to the NOS event center. it was a quick drive, and best value for the price. rooms were spacious for what they were and the beds were comfortable enough. check in was quick and easy and i would definitely stay here again.

Please pick another place sto stay. I booked this place, my husband was very upset but we were not able to find another place. The smell of the room, the coldness. Dirty heater, was loud and if on felt like we were breathing dust.

Rooms were dirty baseboards for dusty and dirty, shower mat was stained and dirty, curtains and bedding was all dated, bedding had an odor, walls were all scuffed and dirty and stained, there were a lot of little bugs flying in the hotel room and we had our door closed the whole time not sure where and how they came in.

Kids running around at 12am, dogs barking, someone groaning like they were in a lot of pain, loud engine noises and Stereo base rumbling.. and that’s just the parking lot. (We’ll just say Highland Ave. is a well use road at night.) So, not the best sleep.. lobby was locked full time “due to Covid”.. so, the sign said. So, no Breakfast. Bedding was clean.👍 The rest of it made it look like a real dump. Looking for sleep without the TV on? ..go somewhere else.

We stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham San Bernardino February 18 and 19, 2022. Our 11 year old son was going to race his dirt bike at Glen Helen on the 19th. When we woke up in the morning, we saw that someone had stolen his dirt bike off the trailer while parked in the lot outside our room. Our boy was heartbroken and so were we... The San Bernardino Police Department notified us that they arrested the guy who stole the dirt bike, but they did not recover the bike. This was a $7000 loss for us that we can't merely replace. I don't recommend staying in this motel, it is in a very unsafe area and even though there are security cameras, the footage won't help you recover stolen property.
