Nothing really to complain about. Good stay. Lots of nearby places to eat and grab quick necessities. Everything in the room worked fine and was clean. I would only mention the spots needing paint job and drywall repair but it didn't affect my stay.

we booked this room for the night because it was super close to the NOS event center. it was a quick drive, and best value for the price. rooms were spacious for what they were and the beds were comfortable enough. check in was quick and easy and i would definitely stay here again.

No bugs. TV worked. The owners were wonderful sweet people, but the clerk that was there on our check out was not very helpful or friendly. One of the beds broke while we were there, but they fixed it promptly. The room smelled bad. They brought a mini fridge in and it had a lump of unidentifiable mold in the freezer (scary). We cleaned the fridge out with vinegar. We put freshner on the carpet and bought a room freshner. The parking lot is not secure.
They would not print out a check out receipt for me, apparently the room was pre-paid, so I told my parents to make sure no additional charges popped up on there credit card. shampoo packets, were tiny, not even enough to wash 1 persons hair. Pool was not heated. The room was cramped very small. I have stayed in bigger, nicer rooms for half the price, in much better areas. I forgot my bible at home, and there was no Gideon bible in the drawer like most places. Very convenient though, grocery store, Wal-greens, Del Rosa Bowl, plenty of eaterys within 1 mile. Unique little shopping center across the street.
If I had to stay at this place, I would not have paid more than $40.00. If you go to "Berdoo" (San Bernardino) stay out near the university off I-215, in Redlands, off I-30, or Hospitality lane at the intersection of I-10 and I-215, especially if it is an extended stay. I hope they improve and get security gates, because as I stated, the owners were really great people.

Location is bad, dirty, homeless druggies roaming around the building, So called lobby was closed to customers and barred with the yellow tape, giving you and uncomfortable feeling, guest will have to walk behind the building to window to pay and get the key, so if staff is feeling safe, how can a guest feel safe? key did not work, had to go back and forth 4 times , Road Traffic Noise is Bad. hot water did not work, and upon calling clerk said let it run for 20 minutes and it will work, stay away from this place.

Facilities are run down. This is a residential motel, so some people live here. Those people are loud and inconsiderate, and the staff makes no attempt to intervene. They just stay locked in the office. They price gouged me during the Line Fire evacuation by almost 100% of the price shown online. Seek other accommodations.

This place was disgusting! We had no hot water! Thank God it was only an overnight stay as we could not take a shower! The room stunk, the a/c barely worked, the bed was lumpy and lopsided, pillows were the same! I cannot get over that Wyndham would be associated with this crack house! When we complained to the manger when checking out about no hot water, her response was - Well no one else is complaining!!! Great answer!!

This hotel was just awful!! Whatever you do DO NOT stay here. The pillows were the cheapest pillows ever and gross. You can barely get in the bathroom to use the toliet as your knees almost hit the back of the door. This place is used by "ladies of the night" and the Management does not do anything about the loud noises even if you complain. They list their place as providing breakfast and they DO NOT. Although we asked for a non-smoking room, the room we had smelled like 1,000 cigars. JUST TERRIBLE!!!!

i am not one to complain but the Property was disgusting trash everywhere dirt and grime everywhere, was used needles and the room not much better floor completely filthy, there was no care given to the room when it was re-modeled. poor workmanship. the room color was a deep blue made the room feel dark and not inviting, nothing about the place made me feel warm and comfortable.

This was the worst overall experience at a hotel. I showed up 30minutes after my check in time and my room was not ready yet and then my bed was stained and room was not clean at all. So disgusting i slept at a friends hotel instead.

Not as clean as I would expect. Only stayed because trip was last minute and I couldn’t find any else.
The room was outdated and not very clean.
Found two long pieces of hair in the bathroom.
