Allegretto's picturesque landscape, embraced by warm Italian-inspired architecture, whispers romance and escape. Rich Verruni, the General Manager with a smile as infectious as California sunshine, answers questions and orchestrates hospitality, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for. Doug Ayers, the owner, is as grounded as the California redwoods, sporting a charming cowboy hat. His infectious passion for the resort, evident in his interactions with guests, solidifies the feeling that Allegretto is a family, not just a place. This is not just a vacation; it's a transformation. Allegretto is not just a place to stay; it's a feeling. It's the warmth of human connection, the beauty of nature, and the joy of simple pleasures – from the charming chapel offering introspection to the endless smiles of the staff. To the Allegretto Vineyard Resort Team: Thank you for creating a haven of serenity and joy. Your exceptional service, genuine warmth, and unwavering attention to detail made our stay truly unforgettable. From Rich's infectious smile to Doug's cowboy hat and all the wonderful staff in between, you've instilled a piece of your magic in our hearts. We left not just as guests, but as friends, already dreaming of our return. Sincerely, Amy, Cece and Mark

This is my second time at ALLEGRETTO and differently won’t be the last. The manager we met, Richard, personally walked up to us and made sure we were having an enjoyable stay. I’d also like to shoutout the front desk employee, Itzel, for the best customer service and for answering the 100 questions.

The resort was very nice. Main problem the room temp was not stable. We visited the end of January. Double bed room had great accommodations. We had a problem every night of the room over heating. Despite thermostat at 69 then 67, temp up to 74 each night. Woke us up, restless sleep very frustrating. Discussed at front desk. Excellent Restaurant. Great location and enjoyed the environs. The spa was wonderful and delivered on a wonderful experience!! Great services!!

We arrived from the Bay Area needing a relaxing place to decompress for a few days…We were greeted and welcomed with a friendly smile. The entirety of our stay each staff member asked how our day was going and if we needed anything. We have travelled the world and have stayed at some of the finest hotels, but this one reminded us of Tuscany, Italy! From the beautiful architecture, marble statues, amazing artwork, combined with the outstanding amenities and spa…we were in heaven. The cleanliness of the property is unbelievable. Our room looked out into the courtyard, at night with a glass of wine you can cozy up near the fire pits. It took all of one day to be completely relaxed and feel stress free. We brought our rescue dog along and he gave paws up for the pet bed and pet menu at Cello restaurant! There is so much to see and experience at Allegretto, that you must visit to fully appreciate. We absolutely recommend this hidden gem to stay, wine taste, unwind and experience bliss! The hotel is central to everything in Paso Robles. Lastly, I want to commend Richard (GM) for his hospitality, we didn’t know who he was until the day we were leaving…he definitely leads by example and his staff all uphold that service standard!

What an enchanting experience, I never wanted to leave! From the moment of the reservation, the Allegretto staff did everything to make sure my stay was excellent. Mauricio at the front desk is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Even walking to the rooms the staff would stop and say hello. The food was delicious and the room service was a fast and beautiful presentation. I loved every moment and will return many times. Perfect stay cation/business location.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the jacuzzi and explored the grounds, which are very nice. The rooms are spacious and bonus bathrobe and slippers. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip south, hopefully in warmer weather to enjoy the pool/spa amenities!

Lovely, gorgeous hotel in Paso Robles. Large yet cozy vibe with well-attended service. Love all the fire pits and fireplaces on the property. Played horseshoes and walked the labyrinth and admired many of the sculptures on the grounds. Did not use the pool but it was right outside our room. Cocktails and pizza were a hit at the bar. Loved our staycation and plan to return.

This hotel is beautiful. It feels like you are in Tuscany or the like. The grounds are peaceful and serene. We had a room with a patio above the courtyard, which had a great ambiance to enjoy a glass of wine or read a book. They have bikes onsite to ride around the grounds . We ate at the restaurant, which was just average - we may skip that when we stay again, but all in all, Allegretto is my favorite to stay in Paso.

One of the worst experience as someone stole our suitcase and the staff seems to be very unhelpful … no cameras either to check how and who stole the same … now suddenly we have no way to carry our stuff back.
