We used a Travel Zoo deal voucher which worked splendidly! This hotel was extremely clean and sanitized, all the staff were courteous and helpful , and our king whirlpool room was so comfortable and spacious with lovely appointments
The Enoteca restaurant on site offered outstanding, well prepared cuisine with just the kind of wait staff (Daniel)one always hopes to find. Thanks to the GM Todd for making us feel special when he lit the poolside fireplace and checked to see how we were enjoying ourselves during our scheduled pool time. Their scheduling of gym and pool access for Covid safety was appreciated
The hotel is well situated for easy access to driving the vineyard routes. We loved everything about it and had a perfect getaway! Highly recommended!

Great hotel and location only 10 min from downtown Paso. Room was very clean. Most of the staff is very helpful and nice. They need a pool attendant to monitor the area to make sure guests dont just leave their towels all day so other guests cant enjoy the area.

My wife and I recently traveled to Paso Robles for the first time and stayed 4 nights at La Bellasera. The staff were friendly and attentive. There were some dated aspects in the room, but the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was clean and the shower was huge (with great water pressure). Since the restaurant and pool were closed due to Covid-19 procedures I sprung for the room with a Jacuzzi tub. After being in lockdown I was happy to pay extra for the added amenity, and while the tub met expectations it did not exceed them. The location is a 5-10 minute drive from downtown Paso and within 25 minutes of any winery you could want to visit in Paso or nearby Templeton.

We had a one bedroom suite for three nights at a cost of $1400+ . The room was by the elevator and anytime it was in use we became very much aware- all night long! Between that and the stomping noise from the room above us, and the noise from the lobby, sleeping was impossible. I asked that the room be refreshed with new towels and trash emptied and more coffee added-I was told that they only did that every two days! I took my filled trash can to the maid and emptied it and brought my dirty towels to her when we returned in the late afternoon but she said she didn’t have any more towels. The manager came out of another room and he was very cordial and said he would have some sent up. I complained to him of the constant noise in our room and he offered to give us a bottle of wine which was nice but it does not solve the constant noise level. I suggest anyone coming to the Paso Robles area to stay at the Hampton Suites (which was right next door)or any other hotel for half of the price. I was very disappointed and felt cheated at the La Bellasera!

The worst hotel experience I have had on my 36 years on this earth.
The room we booked was not the room we were given.
Upon checking in we find the large hot tub in the room ( the main reason we had booked it ) had been replaced during the remodels with a single person bath tub. The hotel neglected to update any of the photos of this "newly remodeled" property.
There was a large leak above our bathtub, as in water was pouring from the ceiling, coming from the tub in the room above ours. The front desk told us the our options were to move rooms to a different lay out that also had a tub, but then asked us to not use the tub for the duration of the stay, because apparently they are all leaking, or get walked to a lesser quality sister property.
This hotel shouldn't even be open in it's current state. This had to have been the cheapest, quickest, remodel they could have possibly done. Charging $300+ a night is ludicrous.
There is no restaurant on site, there is no pool, there is no hot tub. There are no longer hot tubs in any of the rooms. There was no phone in our room. There was no drain in the sink in the bathroom.
What was supposed to be a romantic Valentines Day weekend getaway turned into 2-3 hours of stress and dealing with the front desk before we demanded a full refund and just drove back home.
The front desk did offer us 40% off our stay, but even at that price, this hotel isn't worth it. Hopefully they can get their act together, but at this point in time, I would very much steer clear.

We only stayed one night but when we first walked into the room, it smelled of smoke and we noticed French fries on the floor. We called the front desk right away to let them know that we weren’t the culprits for the smoke-smell, mostly because we didn’t want to be charged, but they offered to send someone over right away to rectify. We picked up the French fries ourselves without mentioning it. Next thing you know, I’m ready to shower and we have no toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, bath gel) set up in the bathroom. My husband called room service and they sent someone up but it delayed us as far as our reservations for dinner. Overall, I would say our stay was decent but it was one of the stops along our honeymoon road trip and these little hiccups make it a little less enjoyable.

Paid for a spa room…spa didn’t work and hotel would not change rooms, rather hotel manager promised a credit which never came. Multiple other things were broken in the room including lights, mirror and phone. Very disappointing. Meal was most delicious however.

We came for a Mini Girls Weekend getaway (there were four of us); we were told about the construction upon booking but they did undersell the amount of construction…the ENTIRE hotel is under construction. There was no noise with the construction at all mainly because we were out during the day. However, the pool and hot tub were unavailable, there was no in-hotel dining, the elevators are wrapped in thick cardboard, you have to enter through a service entrance and there is a makeshift concierge desk and there is only one floor completed that guests can stay in, the water is sporadic and spouts at first when using the sinks and shower but after 30-40 seconds it gets full pressure. Also, we had issues with the key cards due to the old system and the doors being removed.
I have no doubt this hotel will be absolutely beautiful once completed but we probably should have waited to stay here until then. If booking here, I recommend you ask about the status of the construction and what amenities are available.

While the hotel was fine, the service was poor and the food in the restaurant was not very good. I am pretty sure I would not stay there again. Our biggest complaint was that we requested that our room be cleaned according to their policy and after requesting two days in a row it never was cleaned.

We cleaned guests rooms upon the third night of our guest stay, However if our guest requesting an additional service we definitely taking care about our guest request. When we first stayed at this property, over 10 years ago, it was quite luxurious and updated. A breath of fresh air . While it still retains updated fixtures, a large bathroom with a great walk in shower, the rest looks like it has aged a hard decade. The heating/air conditioning cycles loudly, you can hear footsteps in the floor above you, as well as outside in the faux wood interior hallway. The room furniture is definitely worn. We were woken early one morning by housekeeping loudly shouting to each other. The lobby is pretty, and it is very nice to have a restaurant and bar onsite. But is not the upscale property it once was. But at least the prices are much lower than the original pricing. But this may very well be because it was off season.Front desk staff is very young and could use a bit more tutelage on hospitality. As we were checking out we deposited our keys and said “thank you very much” to which we receive the reply ”Yeah.”
