We spent 5 nights here, using the B&B as location to explore the Central Coast. Beautiful view of the vineyards from the room. Great and plentiful breakfast brought to our room each morning. Kati and Gianni were super hosts with tips and recommendations on things to do. Gianni is very passionate about his wines and doing it "old style". Very quiet, relaxing place to stay.

Note: this property is now called the Sirena Vineyard Hotel. This is a perfect little boutique hotel. It's getting five stars because I know that once they are finished with the renovations, this will be a wonderful little getaway (estimated time of completion, mid-summer 2023). There are just six units in the hotel portion, and then there is a house with its own pool, and apparently some units with infinity pools, but this review is for the six hotel units. As of this writing, two of the six units were renovated, and they are clean and bright. The original units are decorated in a somewhat dated Sante Fe style, but they were still lovely. The property offers gorgeous views from every balcony, and there is a communal fire pit with adirondack chairs, perfect for gathering at the end of a long day of wine tasting. The location is 15 minutes from downtown, and on the same street as some well-known wineries, including Dauo, Halter Ranch, and Justin. The property has a pool and hot tub (both being renovated at our visit), and a large community patio with majestic views. They offer a nice little breakfast of pancakes, scrambled eggs and bacon, yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee and orange juice for only $15. A tasting also came with our room. I think it's the perfect little romantic getaway, or maybe a group such as a bachelorette party or small family reunion. I can't wait to return

We enjoyed our third stay here back in December. We love the southwest themed suites here, the vineyard views and the proximity to downtown Paso Robles. Its not full service here but they do serve you breakfast in bed and the owner makes a killer Eggs Benedict. We like being able to fire up the hot tub or grill or pizza oven and just kicking back with a bottle of wine, a bottle of vodka and a bottle of bourbon! This place is super romantic......

This very individual hotel offers five casitas with total privacy. The casitas are lined up in the space between the main tasting room and the wine barn, overlooking the vineyards on the slopes across the valley. This place is really remote and quiet. Southwestern decoration is all over the place, even over the slope behind the casitas. Further up the hill are more wineries, with Daou being the crown jewel. But you don't have to go that far for wine, since Manuccis has its own tasting room which serves some pretty good reds and an outstanding port wine.
Breakfast is brought in every day at 9:00. It is delicious and plenty. There is no restaurant or store within walking distance, but it helps to have a refrigerator in the casita. The drive into town is ca. 6 miles.
There is a barbecue and a jaccuzzi in the space behind the casitas.
All in all, the stay at Manuccis felt like a real vacation from day one.

We had the most romantic stay at the Wild Coyote B&B. Staff received us with a bottle of their small batch wine produce and some Valentine's Day treats. The bedroom is fully equipped with an indoor fireplace and an amazing view of the vineyards. Gianni, the owner, gave us a VIP experience, explaining all details of the place while tasting his delicious wine. If you're looking for an intimate experience, this is the place to go.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at Wild Coyote for our wine weekend in Paso Robles and it didn’t disappoint! The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and the views were gorgeous. We felt completely safe during our time on the property, especially given the pandemic. The breakfast each morning was homemade and delicious. It was also fun to be able to do a wine and grapa tasting with Gianni (the owner) right on the property! Gianni was very friendly, helpful with questions, and accommodating during our stay. Wild Coyote is also centrally located right in the heart of Paso wine country on Adelaida Road and only a short 10 min drive to the downtown area. We’ll definitely be back!

Overall our stay at this location was great. Location couldn't be better, views were gorgeous will lovely mist across the vineyards every morning and punk hues at dusk. The little trails through vineyard was a cool touch. Proximity to city center and other wineries and restaurants was a bonus. Breakfast was delish!! Do let them know about dietary restrictions in advance.

The only thing that made us feel uncomfortable was that the staff wasnt wearing masks although mandated by the state. At check in, breakfast delivery and room cleaning no one wore masks.

We were looking for a unique place to stay and were not disappointed. The wines were great and we were thrilled to find a bottle in our room. The owner’s love of the Southwest was evident in the authentic decorations in our room. Everything we needed was provided including beautiful breakfasts served in our room. I highly recommend The Wild Coyote B&B.

If I could give this B&B 10 stars I would!!! The owners are totally remodeling the casitas into accomodations that would rival the best anywhere in the vineyards of Europe. The views, the attention to every detail in your room, the gourmet breakfast in the morning, and the incredible service we received during our stay put this B&B on an entirely new level. Oh, did I mention the personal infinity pool on our patio? This property is a true gem! We will come back often!

The front door was wide open and a sign announced that they were open for wine tasting. However, when I walked in, I was not welcomed or greeted. Instead the sommelier caused everybody at the counter to look up at me by loudly asking, “Are you lost?”

I decided not to sit down or try any wine, and certainly not buy any. I asked the few questions I’d planned to ask while tasting, then got out of there before the rest of my party even entered the building.
