We cannot wait to go back! Canyon Villa is beyond superior. The hosts attention to detail is amazing. The most beautiful delicious 3 course breakfast, happy hours fit for Royalty. We stayed in the Siena suite, jetted tub for 2, comfortable bed with luxury bedding (with plenty of pillows, you know there are never enough), fire place and private balcony. You will not be disappointed!

Four couples, a beautiful Italian Villa, gourmet meals, charismatic proprietors and lots of wine... make for an unforgettable stay. This was our second time at the Villa and it now feels like Kath and Wills are family. What a treat to sleep in the luxiourous rooms with views of neighboring vineyards. Waking up and smelling their special blend of coffee and being served a 3 course breakfast by Chef Wills every morning was heaven. Then off to the wineries, downtown for shopping and back to the villa for charcuterie and wine tasting. I would highly recommend booking for Sunday Supper which is a multi -course fine dining experience not to be missed. This was our first stay at Canyon Villa and it was truly spectacular. From the moment we arrived our delightful hosts Kath and Chef Wills treated us like royalty in their stunning villa set atop the beautiful Paso vineyards. Our accommodations were luxurious, spacious and most cozy, including beautiful linens, a fireplace, soaking tub and gorgeous views. Daily breakfast and wine hour were delicious and a ton of fun, and of course we cannot forget the "unforgettable" Sunday Supper with more of Chef's fantastic food and a chance to visit with him and Kath. Canyon Villa is truly the perfect venue after a day of wine tasting and shopping. It's like a little piece of Tuscany and we can't wait to go back!

First....we want to move in full time! With that said, our experience was once again fantastic! This is our second stay at the Canyon Villa and Chef Wills and Kath were again spectacular in making our group of four couples feel like family and soooo comfortable and pampered. In this difficult time with Covid, the attention to safety and health for each guest was spot on and allowed all of us to feel so safe. Looking forward to our next stay at the Villa....breakfast, wine hour and the Sunday night dinner was the BEST!

Truly a magnificent three day experience with dear friends and the most amazing hosts, Kat and Chef Wills. I couldn’t say enough about the sincere hospitality during our visit. The health and safety of their guests it of utmost importance and provided all amenities to ensure guests were safe and protected. Our meal experience was truly first class, exquisite flavors and carefully planned, prepared and presented. A five star review all around.

I struggle writing this review as I too own a Bed & Breakfast Inn, so we are colleagues. However, this inn which has every right to hold 5 stars majorly fails at health and safety, Neither the owners nor their staff worm masks at any time inside the inn. This includes the servicing of the guest rooms, and the preparation and serving of food, a major violation of heath protocols. I am seriously disappointed in their cavalier attitudes and the clear disregard for the health of their guests. To be completely visible, I own The Gables Wine Country Inn in Sonoma County.

Dear TheGablesInn-Sonoma, Contrary to your inaccurate comments, we take our COVID-19 protocols VERY seriously. We have invested significant sums in Covid equipment and the training of our staff. Our county’s Health Department has commended us for our procedures. We are not colleagues. The professional approach would have been to speak with us privately about your concerns; not have you take the time to pass out your business cards to our guests daily . . . much to their discomfort and our chagrin.

This is a high-end option in the Paso Robles wine country (about ten minutes to the west of the town). The cuisine -- we had both appetizers with a wine tasting and breakfast -- was over-the-top outstanding, prepared by Wills ,a former executive chef at the Playboy Mansion. Wills is also very knowledgeable about the local wineries and was willing to pas on some very helpful recommendation to us. Both Wills and Katherine were extremely welcoming and friendly, resulting in a first class experience.

Want to live "La Dolce Vita"? Then the casually elegant accommodations and hospitality of the Canyon Villa in Paso Robles is your best bet. Our stay and experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived with a warm greeting from our innkeepers to the beautifully appointed rooms with views that would rival Tuscany we felt blissfully comfortable. From the exquisite wine and cheese appetizers at dusk to the meticulous menus for breakfast and dinner, every bite was beautifully presented, enchanting, and enjoyable. Four couples went to Paso Robles for a wine tasting weekend. We selected the Canyon Villa and couldn't be more pleased with the accommodation. The place is amazing. To our hosts, Wills and Kath, you made us feel right at home. The food was amazing! From the morning breakfast to the wine and cheese happy hours we loved it all. Wills and Kath are fabulous hosts of this gorgeous place. We had a wonderful get-away in this beautiful villa. The hospitality, the view over the vineyards from the balcony and the cleanliness, everything was beyond our expectation. Every detail in this place is taken care of with perfection. Not to forget the exquisite full-course dinner masterfully prepared by Chef Wills. The Canyon Villa is the place for you if you are looking for a peaceful and luxurious weekend (or longer) retreat.
