The Canyon Villa was incredibly relaxing. Wills and Kath were very inviting and gave exceptional service. We stayed for two nights but wished we stayed for longer. The room was so comfortable with a gorgeous bathroom and huge jacuzzi tub. The views around the property are stunning, great to enjoy the sunrise or sunset. One major highlight was the food that chef Wills prepared. Our breakfast was incredible with delicious croissants, frittata and a yogurt parfait. On top of that, we had a romantic 4 course dinner on the back patio that was tailored to our liking by the chef. Easily one of the tastiest and most romantic dinners I’ve had. I really cannot wait to book my next trip here. If you are looking for a romantic, quiet getaway, this is THE spot.

Had to opportunity to stay at the Canyon Villa with three other couples for a long weekend, including several dinners at the Villa. The property is visually stunning, sitting on a high hill, surrounded by vineyards, yet a quick Uber ride into town. The accommodations are all master suites, each one with a view onto gardens and vineyards. The central living area and dining room are spacious and comfortable...and if you are lucky, Chef Wills will let you venture into the kitchen to see what he is cooking up...and I do mean cooking. Chef Wills literally makes everything he can, from dressings to granola, and if he can't, he sources as local as possible. His attention to detail on the food is 5-star worthy. If you get the chance to stay a Sunday night, the "Sunday Dinner" is well…

This amazing villa is beautiful in and of itself but combined with the fantastic owners and the absolutely incredible food this was a vacation to remember. We have already started making plans to return before the 10 year plan ends (yes people, get there before 2024!!!). Next time we are going to be sure to be there for Sunday Supper and a private dinner!!! You will not be disappointed in this incredible find.

My wife and I frequent Paso because we like wine tasting in the area and the scenic rolling hills. On this trip my wife booked us a couple nights at the Canyon Villa and it was an amazingly incredible experience. We felt like we were in Italy and the attention to detail was superb. From the cleanliness of the villa to the exceptional freshly prepared cuisine. We will be repeat offenders! We can wait for our next visit to Canyon Villa.

I can’t imagine being at an actual Italian villa being any better than the experience provided by Chef Wills and Kath. From Kath’s exuberant and personal greeting upon arrival to the warm good-byes, we had an outstanding stay at The Canyon Villa. The complimentary Wine Hour featured excellent local wine choices and a delicious charcuterie board for each couple. The complimentary breakfasts were as fresh and delicious as they were beautiful. We greatly enjoyed the special dining experience, with Chef Wills fabulous creations, and excellent service by Natalie and Kath. Our guest suite was serene, beautifully appointed and very comfortable. We are so thankful to our friends who arranged the weekend and can’t wait to return. Grazie Wills and Kath!

My wife and I, again, took a little getaway to our favorite place just north of us in Paso Robles. We have never been disappointed Wills/Chef and Kath literally go out of their way to make us feel completely at home in their villa. Kath even remembers the kind of milk my wife likes in her coffee (coconut almond, BTW). We were honored to have Wills make an amazing meal for us right at the villa with a beautiful halibut, butternut squash ravioli, risotto, and a-lot-of-chocolate dessert. No corkage for your wine! I honestly can't say enough about this place. We are more than lucky-and more blessed I feel-to have this place to visit and to have it so close to us. We cannot wait to go back! Canyon Villa is beyond superior. The hosts attention to detail is amazing. The most beautiful delicious 3 course breakfast, happy hours fit for Royalty. We stayed in the Siena suite, jetted tub for 2, comfortable bed with luxury bedding (with plenty of pillows, you know there are never enough), fire place and private balcony. You will not be disappointed!

Four couples, a beautiful Italian Villa, gourmet meals, charismatic proprietors and lots of wine... make for an unforgettable stay. This was our second time at the Villa and it now feels like Kath and Wills are family. What a treat to sleep in the luxiourous rooms with views of neighboring vineyards. Waking up and smelling their special blend of coffee and being served a 3 course breakfast by Chef Wills every morning was heaven. Then off to the wineries, downtown for shopping and back to the villa for charcuterie and wine tasting. I would highly recommend booking for Sunday Supper which is a multi -course fine dining experience not to be missed. This was our first stay at Canyon Villa and it was truly spectacular. From the moment we arrived our delightful hosts Kath and Chef Wills treated us like royalty in their stunning villa set atop the beautiful Paso vineyards. Our accommodations were luxurious, spacious and most cozy, including beautiful linens, a fireplace, soaking tub and gorgeous views. Daily breakfast and wine hour were delicious and a ton of fun, and of course we cannot forget the "unforgettable" Sunday Supper with more of Chef's fantastic food and a chance to visit with him and Kath. Canyon Villa is truly the perfect venue after a day of wine tasting and shopping. It's like a little piece of Tuscany and we can't wait to go back!
