Like out of a movie, The Canyon Villa, is the perfect vineyard setting for any celebration! We stayed for the weekend with some friends to celebrate a 50th birthday. Cat and Wills the owners are the friendliest and most talented hosts you will ever meet. Food was amazing, views were amazing, beds were amazing. Can't wait to go back and visit Paso Robles and we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else now. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Thank you Cat and Wills for an amazing and unforgettable weekend!

Amazing experience! The proprietors Kath and Chef Wills truly offer a rare and special experience with their property. We highly recommend you plan ahead to have dinner onsite one night. Chef Wills is a real master in the kitchen, you will not be disappointed! Attention to detail throughout the home, cleanliness, comfort and beyond it’s really all here. I think all the high quality of reviews speak for themselves. You are going to Paso to relax, enjoy wine tasting and hopefully have a romantic getaway with your partner. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

If you are a B&B fan, then you will love the Canyon Villa. Chef Wills and Kath have a high attention to detail. The food is amazing. The views spectacular. The setting is tranquil and seemingly isolated, yet you are 5 minutes from heart of everything.

Absolutely exceeded expectations - we truly didn’t want to leave! From our first view from the balcony of our suite we were in awe of this wonderful escape. We enjoyed incredible meals both nights. Wills is an artist with the plating of his delicious foodie wonders. Each bite was a magnificent adventure of tastes. Kath was the ultimate hostess and the two compliment each other in making you feel at home. Definitely will be returning sooner than later. Thanks Wills and Kath!

As much as we wanted to love being here, we didn’t. It felt very restrictive as there were written rules to adhere to. They present you with their handbook via email so you know what to expect in advance of your stay. Wills and Kath were a bit to pretentious for our liking. To each their own. The rooms were very nice and the bath with a jacuzzi tub was a nice touch. The breakfast was plenty and presents was nice. Nothing over the top, but nice.

"Tuscany without TSA" is the best way to explain this fantastic Gem in Paso Robles. My wife and I spent two wonderful days at this fantastic Villa. 2 miles from downtown Paso and you are transported to a Tuscan hillside villa. The reception and attention you receive from your hosts Wills and Katherine is far superior to any 5 Star hotel, and the gourmet food ranks above most Michelin star restaurants. The rooms (only 4) ensure that you are pampered and have the most fantastic meals by Chef Wills. Katherine's hospitality is evident from the moment you arrive at the gates, she is a consummate hostess. My wife and I have already booked our next visit and will bring another couple to experience this gem of the central coast.

Out of this world hospitality in an incredible villa situated on incredible setting Wills and Katherine treated us a royalty. Wills is a master chef and his morning creations are fabulous. Afternoon wine and cheese time are full of wonderful wines and cheeses. We enjoyed a private dinner cooked by Chef Wills (who has an extensive and impressive resume). The Villa sits atop a hill overlooking multiple vineyards equally as impressive as any Tuscan property. Only four suites which allowed privacy if wanted or opportunity to visit and make new friends. Highly recommend this adventure We were here for four nights and each day and night were special on their own

My wife and I came here with three other couples, one of whom was celebrating a milestone birthday. The hospitality and ambiance were phenomenal, and Chef Carter (of Playboy Mansion fame) is the proprietor here and there are some amazing culinary experiences that you can make happen during your stay at the Canyon Villa. Chef Carter made some amazing food for every food eating occasion. Beautiful views, clean facility and it’s an adults only venue with only 4 rooms so we had basically rented the facility out to our party. Can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend to friends and couples wanting a quaint upscale long weekend experience in the central CA wine country.

Myself, my husband, and three other couples stayed at Canyon Villa for a weekend in June 2022. We were very impressed with the atmosphere, cleanliness, and quality of everything. The food and service was spectacular!!! My birthday meal was absolutely amazing customized to my palate and done in such a professional manner. Every meal and wine hour was delightful. I will definitely return and highly recommend! The location is excellent, very quick drive to Paso downtown, and yet it feels so remote and private. Comfortable beds, impeccable rooms, views for days, and attention to detail. Cool towels upon arrival is one example of feeling pampered after you’ve traveled and it’s 100 degrees outside!
