We planned a trip to Palm Springs to meet up with friends and was pleased to see an Autograph Collection Hotel so conveniently located! We were able to walk everywhere! Even took in a show at the Palm Canyon Theatre Now on to the Hotel, did a little research on its history and was excited just by that. Upon arrival Jessica went above and beyond with extras. upgraded room and breakfast comps! Ricardo at the Pool bar and Illuminata restaurant was fantastic - knew our likes and dislikes and provided excellent service. a treasure. Will come back!

The Triada is a wonderful hidden gem right in the heart of Palm Springs. We’ve stayed here numerous times, and the service from the long-time staff is excellent! Ricardo at the poolside cafe is a fantastic host and wonderful server. Gilbert at the bar keeps it fun all day long. Finally, the front desk crew is great. Good food, nice pool, and great people make the Triada a memorable experience!

This place is fantastic! I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about. Tons of character! The rooms are lovely and well appointed, great AC. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and the pools are so tranquil.

Such a quaint and lovely hotel with vintage “casita” kinda vibes. All the staff have been sooooo friendly. The pool(s) are relaxing and RICARDO the pool bartender was so so so attentive and beyond friendly. His hospitality made us feel like we were at our own private get-away! (RICARDO for the win!!!) Rooms are just the right amount of lovely. Walking distance to dt PS. We will always book our PS vacay at this property!

Nice little quiet hotel in a great location. Walkable to many restaurants and bars. Very friendly staff. Ricardo made great drinks. A little spendy on a busy Saturday night for what it is but other nights were reasonable.

Such amazing service! My partner and I had a long weekend and stayed at Triada. The entire staff was quick to help - we had an issue with our shower and it was quickly resolved by the Staff. Breakfast everyday was great - our server Ricardo provided amazing service, great recommendations, and a pleasant smile that greeted us each day. Thanks again Triada Staff!

I’ve only just arrived today and so far the service has been phenomenal. It was a beautiful day so I ventured down to the pool and went to the pool bar to order some lunch. Ricardo was behind the bar, super friendly and helpful! I asked for some recommendations on the food and they were spot on! Looking forward to the next couple days here. As i was enjoying lunch the front desk staff that checked me in walked by and said hello and called me by my name! (We only had one interaction, so for her to remember me by name I was shocked and impressed!) Thank you Jessica 😊. Again I’m looking forward to the next 2 days of rest and relaxation here.
