Can't wait to come back here! Had a great couple of days with my sister & her baby (4 months). Probably quiet b/c it's February, but just lovely with the swaying palms, fire pits, & heated pool & jacuzzi. Sabrina was amazing--so friendly & willing to help us. She's the type of hostess that gives the word "hospitality" its meaning! :)

Our daughter recommended the Ace Hotel in Palm Springs. Upon arrival, we noticed that most of the folks there were younger than us. We thought oh gosh - what have we done? By the next day, we were in love with the place! It was very clean, the pool was awesome and the best part of all was the staff! The food was good and the Ace was very a short Uber ride away from anything we wanted to do! We highly recommend this hotel and hope to go back or try one of the other Ace properties!

I have to commend staffs, Sabrina in particular for the great stay we had. My friend booked the room. The parking issue was a nuisance, to say the least. But the best things are staffs. Rooms are nice.

Top Notch stay at the Palm Springs Hotel—a playful and fresh renovation, exceptionally helpful staff (a major shoutout to the ever gracious Sabrina) a stellar pool and hot tub and comfy beds made this spot a true oasis in the desert! Can’t wait for a return trip!

What a cool property! The ambiance was what attracted me to this hotel and I wasn’t disappointed! I got there 4 hours before check in and hoped they’d at least store my bags. Sabrina (I’m terrible with names) checked me right in! She is awesome! The room was incredible, seriously. Very clean. The neighborhood around the hotel was very walkable and a great way to work off a meal. I will definitely be back! I can’t say enough good things here!

The ovation is good. The hotel is in need of updating the rooms are very dated. The service is poor it took two days to get an extra pillow and a luggage rack. The employees are not trained well the valet was attentive.

The hotel was disappointing in so many ways. Entry is awkward and far away from the tiny parking lot. Housekeeping never cleaned our room, although we left a sign on the door for hours requesting service. When I informed the desk attendant, he offered no suitable solution.

Pros: easy check in and checkout. Safe with door code needed to enter hotel. Free wifi. Keurig machine, mini fridge, distilled water machine. Large shower. Well priced for the area. Close to boozehounds and walking distance to some restaurants/ bars. Cons: needs touch ups on walls and furniture (peeling/ missing paint and headboard with holes), thin walls (outdoor noise), no shower privacy (no wall between shower and bed).

Let me start off by saying this hotel is totally underrated and super cool. Awesome room, spacious, decor was lovely and the pool/spa was great. Linda who works here was polite, kind and the best concierge person I have dealt with. Wonderful customer service. I will definitely stay here again.

Love the quiet, romantic vibe of this place! Came here for our 29th anniversary and it did not disappoint. Very clean rooms. Staff is great! Every night the fire pits by the pool were lit and ready for us to sit by and drink wine with the beautiful landscape and lighting to go with it. I felt very secure with needing a code to access the premises. It is super close to the Palm Springs tram and down town Palm Springs where the food and shopping is. We will be back!
