I had a lovely stay at Del Marcos this weekend! My best friend and I booked two nights in the Errol Flynn Suite and the room was just perfect. The view of the pool was beautiful and we were able to see the sun rise from the other side of the room. The way the light hit the mountains early in the morning was pure magic. There was a full kitchen with appliances, coffee, and a kettle for tea! The fridge also came stocked with water. In the morning, we were given a complimentary breakfast basket, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, it was just lovely and I will definitely be back! It is next door to Azucar so I ended up going over there to have the cauliflower tacos (high recommend!). I also enjoyed the complimentary happy hour that Del Marcos did each day - there was a

The staff were most outstanding, attentive and well prepared during the Covid -19 pandemic. I appreciated the breakfast bag of goodies and the awesome all day music. It was relatively quiet until the noisy upstairs neighbour arrived. They quieted down at bedtime, though.

Had specifically booked the Wexler room for 3 nights. When we checked in it turned out they had give our room to another client. Their options was to give us an inferior room at the same hotel or at a cheaper sister property across the street. By the way I am a loyal customer that has stayed numerous times at the luxury sister property La Serena which was booked this weekend. Furthermore, their only offer was to waive the daily amenity fee despite their mistake and inconvenience caused. Met Laura the GM again who had shown the same inhospitable attitude and basically said there are other hotels in PS. And yes we took our business to another hotel without the nasty and rude attitude. Will never again stay at La Serena or Del Marcos again. Beware.

Wow!!!! We are quite shocked by your review. We generally get very positive reviews about our service levels and surprised to hear you encountered anything different. We will do sometimes need to move guests into different rooms in the same category or better to fill the property. We will be sure to look into your booking to investigate and see what happened.

Customer service here is the best. I've only ever had amazing interactions with the staff and they always go above and beyond. Beautiful historical property, close to everything in Palm Springs and very relaxed and stylish. We just had our anniversary here and it was the nicest stay we've had in a hotel. Thanks Del Marcos!

Our stay was amazing but started with a less than stellar check-in - one blip in an otherwise perfect experience. We arrived in the early evening and felt like we were bothering the young man behind the desk who seemed intent on watching something on his phone rather than checking us in. The following morning when we came to the lobby, we were warmly welcomed by Stephen who made sure that we were aware of the amenities at the property, COVID requirements and made us feel welcome and special. Our room was comfortable and clean and had a unique charm, the pool was clean and inviting with friendly patrons. Again, Stephen came through with excellent restaurant and hiking recommendations. Location is one block from downtown and the hotel offers complimentary use of bikes,
