Frontdesk closes at 6pm. A sign asks you to phone their sister hotel & ask for help. “Misty” was condescending & actually laughed at us when she hung up the phone, because we arrived at 7:15pm when we indicated a late arrival due to traffic. The vibe is cool & rooms are clean but it’s under staffed. Nobody cleans up around the pool or deck chairs until the next morning. Heard other couples talking about how many times they had stayed there. So they liked it. It’s unique and very stylish but as long as you don’t have high expectations about service you should be good.

We're sorry to hear about your experiences at check in. Our sister hotel is next door, and we have late check in's check in there. We have staff that comes in every morning and afternoon to make sure the pool area is spotless and ready for the next day.

Excellent oasis on our California road trip. Stopped between Las Vegas and San Diego and it was well worth it. Stayed in the Errol Flynn room and would highly recommend. Outside seating area and away from the noise of the pool. Would recommend hotel and will book again when in California

Such a cool Boutiqe hotel. Front desk amazing, breakfast and happy hour very convenient and the food, drinks from restaurant next door quick and delicious. Bed in the Shaken room a bit squeaky but room was great. Thank you, thank you!

The architecture, the MCM vibe, the quiet, the saltwater pool...the food. Free breakfast burritos every morning at 8 AM. Free cocktails, chips, salsa, & other snacks every afternoon at 4 PM. Very mellow, relaxing experience, especially with the claw-footed tub on the patio of our room. Rose & Ben were terrific. Location is bomb. Definitely like to come back.

This place is a gem! Reasonably priced very clean and comfortable rooms. They offer nice breakfast and happy hour, all included in the room rate. Great location, right in downtown. Nice staff. Highly recommend it

Absolutely adorable hotel! We stayed in the Christoper Kennedy Suite, and it was delightful! The bedroom was quite large, the bed was super comfy. Great feather pillows. Although the hotel was older, it was in great condition. Breakfast included hot options as well as pastries, and the afternoon happy hour was nice, and had amazing salsa! Location was great, and since the weather was moderate, we walked most places downtown.

Wonderful mid century boutique hotel. Fantastic pool! Very clean property! Breakfast burritos in morning and a nightly happy hour. Just two blocks from downtown. Bikes are available too which I did a few days. Would stay again!

Great boutique hotel 1 block from downtown Palm Springs strip! My wife and I used the free bikes to tour the area one morning before it got hot. Close to several hiking trails as well. Loved the pool area, free happy hour and breakfast! Our room was very spacious, clean and modern. Will definitely be back next time we’re in Palm Springs! Great hotel option in downtown Palm Springs. Crosby room was a nice size with great mountain views. Loved the included breakfast burritos and afternoon happy hour by the pool. Hotel had a nice mix of clientele and anyone would feel welcome here. The team working here made the stay really special - shout out to to Rosie and Jose.

Fantastic stay overall. We booked a last minute trip to Palm Springs to meet with our wedding photographer and realized that it was on Coachella weekend. Options were limited but we couldn't have been luckier that we got to stay at the Del Marcos. Excellent location, within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The front desk host was welcoming and happy to explain all of the available amenities. Our room was clean, well maintained, and had a great mid-century modern design aesthetic. Very clear attention to detail. Pool area was great for enjoying the Palm Springs sun. Could not recommend this hotel enough!
