Staff at this TT makes it our favorite. Steve is a welcome greeter after a long day driving. All the staff are a definite asset to TT. Palm Springs is by far our favorite stay for our winter travels in S California.

This is a good area for camping but the sites are nothing but sand, dust and stickers. It is close to shopping and good friends is the reason we return to this site. Every time we stepped outside you came back in with feet and shoes full of stickers.

The staff holding us hostage when an emergency enters the park is against the law. We should be able to leave when they are at the site of the emergency. Sites are ok, but with all the dirt covering the pads, it's hard to know which way to park the rig. It was a lot better when it was a...

The pool area and the pickleball courts are great. The park is very dirty and understaffed. The sites were not level and no dividers between the spaces. I felt like I was in a large, poolrly maintained parking lot of huge RV's. The only thing that made it worthwhile was being with family and playing pickleball. The pool area was...

We had a great time there in palm Desert. Nice area, nice golf at the Ivey Ranch, nice price for Thousand Trails. Very clear bathrooms and laundry, lots of washers/dryers. We will be back again we are glad we stayed here in Palm Desert.

We really enjoy this park. Staff is friendly. Pickleball courts are really nice. I would like for free wifi to return to the adult lodge. Last year the park was full of stickers, this year we only encountered a few. Thank you to staff for opening the rec. center on time and making coffee. Sites are could use some more...

We come back twice a year to this Park since 2009. I think this is tell you more than what I can describe about this place. Everybody find the right place to having a good time. Golfing, Shopping, Entertaining, etc. Vey good location, friendly service, clean facilities.

Great staff! Very clean. My only complaint is there should be cement pads at EVERY site, not just a few. We were on dirt/sand with bumps and sand burs which was hard on my dogs. You have let the grass die which is ok but start slow and pad each and every site.

Although an older park, it had a rustic feel we loved and was very welcoming with the cleanest restrooms ever with shower room doors that lock and plenty out good pressure hot water. Great pool tables although you need your own cues and bridge, well cared for pickle ball courts and nice pool furniture. Staff very friendly, cheerful and eager...

Pool and Jacuzzi are nice to use. Some showers where out of order and no signs to redirect guests where to go or how long the toiletts wwill be in repair and...
