This is the stuff a classic visit to Hollywood is made of-and a stay at Loews Hollywood Hotel puts you right in the middle of all the action. Whether it's sightseeing, business or relaxation that brings you here, our 628 guestrooms and suites are the perfect place to unwind after a day in L.A. Just outside our doors is the expansive Hollywood & Highland Center-a hive of activity where you can shop, eat, hang out or host an event at the Dolby Theatre, home of the Academy Awards, with catering by Wolfgang Puck. We count Jimmy Kimmel's studio as our neighbor and we're close to the Hollywood Hills and the Hollywood Bowl. Our recently refreshed rooms have some of the best views in the city-choose from postcard-perfect views of the Hollywood sign, the Capitol Records building or the L.A. City skyline.

Hollywood undoubtedly conjures up images of movie stars and high-end lifestyles, and to this day, tourists flock here from around the world to see the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre and to catch a glimpse of the famed Hollywood sign up close. Celebrity impersonators and crowds give these areas the feeling of an amusement park while many clubs and hotels fill up around the weekends for late-night partying - the Hollywood club scene is a haven for thumping music and table-side bottle service. But parties aren’t the only way to enjoy this area, many visitors come to the neighborhood to sit back with a picnic to watch a performance at the Hollywood Bowl and those looking to stay fit trek along nature trails in the Hollywood hills and in Griffith Park.

Stayed here for 2 nights while touring around LA, went to Universal, and it is a great location. The hotel connects to the Dolby Theater which empties directly onto Hollywood Blvd. We had a huge suite with a view of the Hollywood sign. Ate at the restaurant Preston's one day

Visited this hotel for a week with my daughters. Looked st many reviews and decided this one fit the bill. Near to Hollywood walk of fame, shopping centre attached with dining options and fairly central to some places we wanted to visit. Wasn’t disappointed, hotel was lovely.

Lots of added charges on top of the expensive room. I don't think it was worth the money. However, the hotel was very clean and staff at the front desk was pleasant. The most impressive part was the guys holding the doors opened and smiling, displaying amazing interpersonal

Hi there, I would say yes, the hotel is right in the middle of the action. The pool is very nice and I think your kids would like it. I really don’t know the pool times.

Does anyone know if they have tea/coffee making facility in a double bed room?
No they do not, but my husband asked for a kettle which they provided. We had our own tea bags and there is a fridge where you can store milk. Also a Starbucks downstairs in the lobby.

No guarantees, but because this is such a large property and the staff is accommodating, there is a good chance you will be successful. Of course, you always have the option of checking bags with the bell station and enjoying your time until check in....
