We checked in on Thursday. There was a notice taped at the front desk stating “The ongoing water situation - although the water is brown it is safe”That was concerning so we immediately bought bottled water. On the evening of day #2, I discovered stained linens (blood) stains on my bed. It was disgusting. It was also 1am and there is not anyone at the front desk overnight. So at 8am Sat. I went to the front desk and explained the situation. They said housekeeping would not be in until noon so I asked could I please be moved to another room. He made that possible moving me to the room next door. I was able to change rooms for the last day of my stay. He said I would need to contact Grace the hotel mgt. I left 2 voicemails and sent an email to Grace without a response. When I finally did reach the mgr Grace she began to question me if I made the stains? Why indud not see the stains when I checked in? I tried to explain the details but she was adamant And said they would not compensate me in anyway. I had traveled for 13 hours when I got to my room on Thursday. Checked in changed outfits snd off to wedding event that nite. Got back to room late and climbed into bed. The next night we had an event and I returned home but feeling well. Woke about about 1am and became very sick. Came back to try and go to bed and pulled the covers back only to discover stained sheets 🫢. I travel often and as we all know sometimes things go wrong - but #1 rule of hospitality - make the guest happy. I just wanted for the casino to at the very least understand how upsetting the situation was snd I felt it fair to be compensated for the room. Disturbing - experience. This situation was not a concern by mgt. Instead she was questioning me? I was confused about that. A joyous family gathering for a wedding ended up being very upsetting. I offered the mgr photos which I took. I can not recommend this casino/hotel to anyone.…

Our 3 day visit in Lake Co was family oriented and we stayed at the Konocti Vista Casino Hotel One Bedroom suite. It was spacious and we had a beautiful view of the Lake and mountains. The room was clean and fully stocked. I loved the high ceilings and room for our child to roam. We let the front desk know that the pull out sofa frame was damaged, so hopefully they repair or replace that sloping bed. The King bed was so comfortable, my husband said he didn’t wake up at all and that was the first time he slept a straight 7 hours in over 20 years. Gotta get that mattress brand lol! The jacuzzi tub is huge, and has a TV to view! The shower was huge too. Also, there were two full bathrooms to our surprise. They just need to install towel racks in the bathrooms. Well priced and excellent service at hotel, Valentino’s restaurant and cafe inside casino. Very welcoming and there is no smoking in the casino so that was a big plus!!…

Unfortunately not a good stay for us this time. Absolutely not water pressure for the 2 days we stayed. Tried to take a shower multiple time and was unable to. Also the room keys would just not work so I had to go to the front desk many times which was very annoying. House keeping also never came to our room to restock. Just overall an awful stay.

Good little property tucked away next to the lake. We've seen the property grow up over the years, and it was a chance to stay, when I had to run up for some business. Impressed with a great clean room, quiet, and calm. Very impressed with a phone call from the front desk, when I was traveling, just checking in and letting me know when they were closing. Will plan to use The Vista as my over night when I have to come up. Thank you

Happy it is open, as have stayed here many times. Booked an RV spot again. Grounds clean BUT, seem they now have allowed some to live in the RV area. We do not know the circumstances in these trying times, however what a junk area this camping spot was. The rest rooms, in the RV area were filthy. Never have we seen them like that. The showers were Filthy. Never have we seen them like that. Some electrical hook ups were open with exposed wires --- Danger! It still warrants a stay, as they have a great dock for your boat, general store, along with the restaurant.

Our RV site was good. The security guard was accommodating and helpful. We did miss out on some discounts. On the phone, the day prior to arrival, we were told we'd be eligible for 2 discounts with the organizations we belong to. However, when my husband checked in, the discounts were not valid, not even for veterans. Bait and switch!!! We did appreciate that the casino was NON SMOKING and covid precautions were taken (masks required, temperature check at the door, etc.). I rarely gamble, but given the casino's attention to detail, I gave it a shot. Lost $6 in 30 minutes and went home. Good fun!

The day before our stay, we had called & was told they dont do fishing tournaments out of Konocti anymore, but still give discount to the fishermen staying there. They did not honor what they said. Talk to the manager GRACE she just kept talking in circles saying it was only good for a tournament they would put on. Well when we called that is not what we were told. Long story short - They went back on their word what they had told us and did not honor the discount. We had several rooms in our group. So dont believe what they tell you when calling. Our group wil be staying elsewhere next time. GRACE is a terrible MANAGER!! DONT STAY AT KONOCTI HOTEL EVER!! BETTER OFF AT A BETTER HOTEL!!

Konocti Vista Casino RV Park is tops! They made my family feel welcome. They have a pool so the kids were happy and the adults loved the Marina Grill - and sitting on the marina lawn and watching the sunset was amazing. They 24hr security so we felt safe. The facilities were clean and staff kept coming out to check on things...this is our first visit but we will be back!

apparently, stealing is ok in the RV Park. But parking where you can keep an eye on your stuff isn't. Zero stars. The only thing they care about is where you park. The whole place has 5 campers, one of which is the theif! But, you better not park your boat we here you can keep an eye on it! Had to select one.:(

The hotel room, restaurant, and casino are all absolutely "bare bones". Everything is dated and extremely "plain". The service at check in and in the restaurant is very slow, and the staff is indignant when you ask what is causing the delay. For the price, there are definitely MUCH BETTER options (a few cute places for half the price in Lakeport. Drive to the casino if you want, you won't regret it).
