Kanawa island resort in Komodo national park was a little gem for snorkekers and Robinsons. New owners almost destroyed it. Now it's only a place where you want to spend some hours for snorkeling during day time, amongst many other islets here.

Went here with couple of my friends and hardly move on since. Don't forget to bring your snorkeling gear and speaker. you can go snorkel right in front of your bungalow. if you want to see various kind of fish, do snorkel under the deck....More
If you're looking for a basic beach hut place with a carribean Feeling, Kanawa is the right place. Very nice housereef, but also guided snorkelling tours to other places offered. Book in advance to avoid disappointment.
