Had an amazing experience with breakfast this morning! We were in town for the CIF valley championships. The staff at the Springhill suites Fresno did an outstanding job hosting lots of athletes. I would like to personally thank Julie (breakfast staff). Julie hustled all morning and provided everyone with hot food and exceptional service! Julie went above and beyond and did it with a smile. Julie needs to be recognized for her hard work and welcoming presence. OUTSTANDING! Thank you
This is the second time I have stayed at this location. I would continue to come back and stay here each time I visit Fresno. The location is a side street away from Herndon, which means it is close to a major thoroughfare, but a slight distance away from the noise. It is tucked away next to another hotel, which I like because there is less noise, congestion and traffic. There is a CVS and Chili's nearby and can be walked, but is a good long walk. The hotel is currently undergoing remodeling, workers are around, but it did not impact my stay at all. The fourth/top floor is unavailable. The rooms are nice and are a suite, with a small kitchen and living area, adjacent to the bedroom. The lobby area is large and there is breakfast available each morning. The pool area looks nice and redone, though I have not used it. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.…
Came here for business for a few days. Check in was quick and easy, and the room was very comfortable and nice to relax in after work - my room had a separate sitting room area (along with a small wet bar) and sleeping area, along with a bathroom/sink area. The bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast and coffee in the mornings had a pretty good selection of warm and cold foods, although still pretty basic continental breakfast fare. I enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub; it is outside the main hotel in a separate gated area, so it did make me a little nervous going to and from after dark, but it's very close. I came in November and the weather was still pleasant enough to enjoy soaking in the hot tub outside.
We enjoyed our stay at Springhill suites. We had our dog Lola with Us and Aliona was so helpful to get us a water and food bowl since we had forgot ours. She was very helpful, and the staff was very inviting.
Excellent friendly staffing. Breakfast was great. I loved the room layout including reading lights for the bed, and the bed was comfy. There are restaurants and shopping within a reasonable distance. Wifi was down for a little bit, but staff reassured me it was not my computer settings as they tested with a cell phone. Soon it was back up and all was wonderful again.
We booked this hotel for an event we were going to be attending. Glad we did. We booked 1- day & ending up staying longer due to an emergency. The staff were all so helpful & had good attitudes. The front desk were friendly & accommodating to our needs We also ate breakfast & enjoyed the selection of food. We will definitely be back next year.😊 Good selection of eating establishments nearby the hotel.

Staff is great, they make the trip!! They will make you feel more than welcome I will go above and beyond if you have to wait the staff understands the the problems with traveling and make up for that.
We came in to town from a funeral. Front desk did not share their policy about cleaning rooms every two days with my mom. We have stayed in plenty of hotels during Covid and this simply has not been the case. In fact, every hotel we have stayed in has ENHANCED their cleaning standards. Examples of impact: •no clean towels •no made bed with linens not properly fitting bed in first place •nowhere to put recycling or trash Also the night before, there were men partying in front of hotel until 1:30AM below our window. My mom didn’t complain until next day but we don’t understand why the personnel let that happen when noise ordinance is 10pm in Fresno and it’s right in front of the entrance of the lobby. Staff and customer heard complaint and responded but didn’t really seem to care. We do not recommend this place for the service at the price.…
I have stayed here a few times for business. My most recent trip will be my last and I’ll be looking for somewhere else to stay in Fresno. It’s just not a very clean hotel. The rooms are plenty big but it’s becoming very dated. The walls are paper thin. Someone in the adjacent room brought dogs, then left the room only to have the dogs barking all afternoon. I’m pretty sure there are some newer Marriott properties opening in the Fresno area soon so I’ll be staying there instead.
