I booked this room last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. Because of COVID, a lot of the things offered (such as gym) were closed. My room was clean and quiet, although the neighborhood looks sketchy...but then again, it's Fresno. They provide towels, hair dryer, shampoo, soap. They do not provide bottled water in the room, unfortunately. And my room was cold, cold, cold. The heater is extremely loud and even with it on continuously, it did not get very warm. It stopped in the middle of the night and I froze. I probably wouldn't book again only because I could probably get better room for same price.

A perfect place for access to the Fresno Airport. Additionally this hotel is extremely comfortable, even though it is an older place it is well-maintained. Our room was very quiet and a good size, and the bathroom has good water pressure. I would return ~

Top shelf restaurant read it five times as one of the best restaurants in Fresno.

Great air conditioner, clean, comfy king size bed and great service. Araceli was a great help when Groupon failed to send our reservation. Araceli worked with us for two hours while Groupon was trying via live chat (Groupon‘s phone numbers do not work at night or on the weekends) groupon’s live chat is buried in the help menu. the customer service seems to be stationed overseas though their address says Chicago Illinois.

My stay at Piccadilly Inn Airport never let’s me down. My husband and I are always thoroughly satisfied every time we stay here. Ray, the front desk associate always makes sure we have a microwave in our room at check in and he makes sure that we get the room facing to courtyard and pool each time as well. The hotel is nice and quiet. It is a bit dated but that doesn’t bother me. The rooms are clean and the beds are extra comfy. All of the staff are nice but Ray always goes above and beyond.

Specifically asked for a room with a view of the pool, instead of the parking lot, but the clerk said only if there's one available. Gave us one overlooking the parking lot and after getting to our room we saw new guests going in to their new room across the hall from us, with a view of the courtyard and pool. No elevator for second floor guests and if you miss your turn you may be dragging your luggage the long way around, after lugging them up those long stairways. Lowest price in the area, if you don't mind not having breakfast and having to leave the hotel for it, because of no continental breakfast, which is an inconvenience and kind of rare. Pricey restaurant on the first floor but that's your only option unless your are willing to load up and drive 15 or 20 minutes to find something more reasonable. Close to the airport, but unless you have transportation you are stuck. Nothing within walking distance for food, entertainment or shopping.

Room Tip: Want a decent view? Insist on a room with view of the pool. Surrounding area not too spectacular.

What a fabulous time me and friends had at this hotel. We enjoyed the pool and everything around it. There’s a Shell station right door to grab snacks if you want. The front desk clerk Leona was so courteous and allowed us to store our luggage until our room was ready. She even called us to let us know our room was ready before the actual check in time.
WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The morning we checked out we had breakfast and Abby was so kind. She was the only server, but was quick and attentive. Hats off to Lady Chef...,my eggs were perfect...pancakes nice and fluffy.

Now the hotel is an older hotel so there is some outer structure that makes the hotel look old, but over all it’s a nice hotel for the price. Refrigerator in the room is a plus.
I would recommend maybe taking the map shades and either replacing them or dusting them. For me that was the only flaw within the room, however because of the courtesy of the staff I rated a 5
Even the shuttle driver and the housekeeper staff I saw were friendly.
Definitely a place I’d come back too

Leona is truely an asset to The Picadilly Inn Airport Hotel, she is courteous and professional. She makes sure your stay was satisfactory. She always has smile on her face and never rude . She takes pride in her job. I would hope she has been promoted or pay increase lately. She does an outstanding job, as do the others at the front desk.

Brian, is also a friendly, professional happy to assist customers and never a sour look on his face, always a smile. He handles requests promptly while following Hotel guidelines.

Excellent hotel! Awesome staff! Front desk staff kind, courteous, attentive, always a smile. Areceli, at the front desk is an employee this company should value. She has a great personality and she strives to make your stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. I would highly recommend this hotel based on the service of the staff.

Avoid at all cost... and the alternatives are just across the street.
I hastily booked this place on an "Express" deal from a certain booking site and quickly realized my mistake as I drove up. A nearly deserted huge parking lot and a "character" half-riding his bike into the deserted lobby and quickly dashing into the restroom directly inside the front door gave bad vibes, but I was tired from a long drive and checked in...
Clerk radioed "security" guard about bike guy and gave me a room. Cut to the chase:
Room was last renovated maybe in 1980's if ever. Floor creaked and groaned in every direction and all the chrome was long wiped clean of fixtures. Oh, electric chargers would not stay in sockets due to wear, so not charging overnight.
I wore socks the entire time in the room to try to protect myself from the 40plus years of contamination on the carpet. This place is well-suited for homeless housing.
Bed was soft.
Shower produced lots of water, just don't step on the floor.

A few name-brand, mid level, known quantity, quality travel hotels are literally directly across the street along with a Starbucks.

Do Not Do Piccadilly.

This is my first time staying here with my husband. We were only planning on staying one night, we stayed two. It was a hot weekend and we needed help adjusting the thermostat to make the room cooler in the middle of the night. The gentleman Juan assisted us with our issue, friendly, and was prompt about it too. I'm glad they had someone available late at night.

I have never been to Fresno before but I stayed at the Piccadilly and Leeona at the front desk made sure I was picked up from the airport . Another young lady Araceli checked me in and those girls are so welcoming , I came to visit my mom in the hospital and they helped me feel better and made my stay much more pleasant. The driver that picked me up as well was very nice and helped me with my luggage .
