A perfect place for access to the Fresno Airport. Additionally this hotel is extremely comfortable, even though it is an older place it is well-maintained. Our room was very quiet and a good size, and the bathroom has good water pressure. I would return ~

I recently stayed 3 nights for a conference and I travel a lot. I have noticed that during COVID the idea of receiving quality service in a hotel had become a thing of the past. But the Piccadilly Inn has restored my faith that maybe hospitality is not dead :) - This Staff from housekeeping, to the front desk, to security at night, are all eager to please and it shows. My room was not perfect but the service far made up for the fact that my bathroom door was pink or that my toilet growled at me every time I flushed. It was so refreshing to find a staff that cared.

So we just recently spent two nights here and I will say in the last couple years this place is gone downhill!! First of all I noticed all the homeless are starting to hang around this place.. even digging thru the garbage!!... but all their trash cans are always over full...There’s garbage scattered all around the facilities.. there was myself and several others various night so we’re having issues with third-party bookings ,..one man got so pissed off he was yelling and screaming at the front desk! I will say that they only had a half a roll of toilet paper in my room when I first walked in and things were not as clean as it used to be... their main steakhouse is shut down you have to eat in the bar ,that is ice frigid cold and they cannot change the temperature you literally have to wear a jacket or you feel like you’re standing in a walk-in cooler! I will say it is an absolute skeleton crew on site service is not that great! I will also say that the coffee maker in my room I’ve never been cleaned out and included a previous used filter and coffee grounds !!! I walked around the facility like I normally do after dinner.. I noticed there was a lot of broken window glass in the parking lot which tells me they’re having break-ins!! When I totally walk around the building there was a newer range rover(see pic) it was literally on blocked it all the time wheels and tires missing.. ask a couple different staff members and they played dumb with me like they didn’t even know it was out there... so I don’t think that you want to stay here unless you wanna upgrade from Motel 6.. I’ve stayed at Motel 6 is that are better!!

At the check-in desk, Denise resolved a check-in problem. She was knowledgeable. Her attitude and customer service skills are AMAZING!! She’s kind, patient, and she sincerely wanted to resolve my problem. It did get resolved and I soon settled in to my room. Thank you Denise and Piccadilly Inn Airport for a great experience!

I spent one night there. Horrible experience. Would not stay there if they paid me. As a single woman travelling alone this place was a nightmare. I arrived late due to my flight delay. Scary people outside by bushes and in cars. I had to put my suitcase back in my car and drive back to front entrance which was locked up fir the night. Used intercom. I had to request a security guard to assist me from my car to the door. Very creepy and dangerous environment. Security inadequate. Price totally outrageous for this place. My advice. Stay away.

I am sorry to hear that our security wasn't able to make you feel safe. We have 2 different companies that service our hotel at night. Hopefully you will give us a try again in the future and we can change your opinion about us.

The hotel is a complete dive, trash is throughout the parking lot consisting mostly of booze bottles and fast food trash, broken vehicles and bums. The outside garbage cans overflowing with alcohol boxes and the stained areas around them reeked of urine. Two prostitutes liked to hang out in the back area near the hallway entrance Door, I don't think they were greeting customers no, at least not on behalf of the hotel. The carpet in the room had more stains than I could count and the smells to a company them. Stained mattresses and box springs, mysterious hairs of various sizes and colors all over what should be a clean room, old antiquated fixtures. Rude staff and the stench of marijuana smoke in the hallways. I've stayed at several Motel 6's over the years that put this place to shame and thats just sad! Don't make the mistake of looking at the website, they only publish the reviews they like and the hotel pictures they use must have been from 20 years ago. Stay Away!

Veronica and Leona were awesome. I spoke with Leona over the phone to make my reservation and she was welcoming and funny. When I finally made it to the establishment, they greeted me as if I were family. Today was stressful one for me and definitely helped turn it around by simply being awesome. In addition to the awesome service, the room was super clean and nice. I will recommend this place to anyone and whenever I'm in town, I will not be staying anywhere else but here. 5 stars!

What a fabulous time me and friends had at this hotel. We enjoyed the pool and everything around it. There’s a Shell station right door to grab snacks if you want. The front desk clerk Leona was so courteous and allowed us to store our luggage until our room was ready. She even called us to let us know our room was ready before the actual check in time. WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The morning we checked out we had breakfast and Abby was so kind. She was the only server, but was quick and attentive. Hats off to Lady Chef...,my eggs were perfect...pancakes nice and fluffy. Now the hotel is an older hotel so there is some outer structure that makes the hotel look old, but over all it’s a nice hotel for the price. Refrigerator in the room is a plus. I would recommend maybe taking the map shades and either replacing them or dusting them. For me that was the only flaw within the room, however because of the courtesy of the staff I rated a 5 Even the shuttle driver and the housekeeper staff I saw were friendly. Definitely a place I’d come back too
