It isn’t the 4 seasons but it was affordable and a decent value for the money. The room was clean enough. The air conditioner had half of the buttons knocked out but after fiddling with it for a few minutes I got it working. They are still using Covid as an excuse to not serve anything other than a pre-wrapped pastry so that was poor.

This is a very average hotel, the location is difficult to get into and out of from Shaw Ave during heavy traffic. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous but they were not wearing masks as required. There were a few minor issues with our room and front desk offered to move us to another room. Would I stay here again? No, for me this is one-time visit. The lower-cost of the stay compared to other hotels in the area doesn't make up for the short-comings.

I love staying at this Quality Inn! I travel between family and friends in No. Cal, and home in So. Cal, so when I stay here, it's for ME! I treasure this time for me! It's my hotel chain of choice! The staff is friendly, cheerful and considerate, i feel safe and secure in my choice of hotel.

And this Quality Inn on Shaw & 99 in Fresno is superb! Perfect! From bed to breakfast to checkout, my stay was the best! Wonderful staff, Michele remembered me from my last stay! I can only suggest one thing... better tv channel selection, with some old favorites or classic movies, or Britbox! Tired of violence & reality shows! Please?

I've stayed here twice in as many weeks and the experience was the same--very good. It is a modern decor, chain motel with a hot breakfast included. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, as is the bed. Mini-fridge, flat screen tv and microwave are standard. My experience with this Quality Inn was very similar to the other Quality Inns I've stayed at over the years--which is a good thing. It means their operating practices are consistent across the chain, so one can reasonable expect the same experience across the chain. Quality Inns are always a go to choice for me when available. One note--there is no elevator for this indoor, two story motel. Highly recommended.none the less

Back in June I was in Fresno for a wedding anniversary and stayed at Quality Inn & Suites-Northwest on Shaw. The staff was awesome, very friendly, professional and provided great service. I rarely eat breakfast at hotels, but I did at this location and have to say they make the "best eggs". Michelle was AMAZING, she really made the stay at this location a joy. To the staff, please keep up the great work!

The location is great! The staff were nice, the room and bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable! They have waffle maker and nice decent breakfast! They have nice little gym too! We didn’t get to try it but it looked clean and nice. Enjoyed our stay here!
