This place is disgusting. It had bugs & stained sheets. Things were broken as well. I would NEVER stay there again! Do not stay at this hotel you will be disappointed. I don’t recommend staying here at all.
Came here for a sports event. They are the most reasonably priced so we decided to stay and I am also a Wyndham platinum member. Check in was pleasant and quick. The hotel and the room are clean but it is very old. Wyndham needs to consider modernizing their hotels at least the mid-level ones. Our TV is glitchy and the ice machines in our floor did not work. We did mention it to our staff when we checked out so hopefully they get it fixed before someone else checks in. Breakfast was a grab and go breakfast which included a bottled water, granola bar, cheese sandwich crackers and peanut butter sandwich crackers. It would be more appropriate to have muffins or other breakfast pastries for breakfast rather than snacks. Check out was smooth. We don't mind coming back if there's another sports event because this is the most reasonably priced hotel in the area.…
Bathroom was not cleaned well there was hair in the tub and on a wall. Nasty not sure if they have someone check them before renting them out. Wall in the room had brown/chocolate stains room was not cleaned well.
It wasn't worth the money I spent . The place was ran down and not clean things were broke my room had the worst smell I have ever smelt in my life. I had the suite and it was difficult not worth my time or money.
nice and close to everything staff was ok only thing was room was close to stairs and door to outside night door which was loud in the middle of the night. other than that it was ok. breakfast bag was crappy
Dirty carpets, floors walls and no breakfast- just a sack with a bottle of water, pack of cookies, a granola bar, no coffee available, said it was broken, cobwebs on lamp shade, hair dryer didn’t work, stains on bathroom walls,
The hotel is absolutely filthy and neglected. The carpets are disgusting (stained, bleach spots, food/crumbs), the walls are dirty/chipped, the drywall has been shoddily repaired where fixtures were clearly broken off, etc.. The first room we had (a "suite") was visibly dirty, had sticky floors, smelled, the phone was missing most of the buttons. The second room wasn't much better. The USB charger caused my phone to overheat. Sketchy people with rooms near the side door to the parking lot appeared to be selling drugs, or otherwise coming in and out at all hours and meeting cars for no apparent reason. I felt like my car was going to get broken into because there are vagrants milling about the parking lot. Shares a parking lot with McDonald's so tons of freeway traffic to the drive thru all night long ... A complete disaster. …
I was given a room with an adjoining door. A deadbolt but I didn't know if the other side had key access. Given this, I went back to the front desk and told Kristina I wanted a room without an adjoining door. She said I would have to pay an upcharge fee to get a room with two beds which was all she had. I asked to speak to the manager and she gave me the number of a sister property who had a manager there. I called them only to be put on hold while she actually called Kristina. (I was in the lobby so knew they were conversing and laughing at my request.) Dumbfounded, frustrated and angry at their response I went back to my room. There I noticed the lack of cleanliness and maintenance of the room and decided my safety and health were more important than the room. Btw, there were signs all over the lobby instructing people to wear masks, all of whom were, except Kristina. When asked about this I was told the signage was from when covid more serious. Really? The delta variant hasn't hit the Ramada Inn and old signage still remains. Needless to say, I paid for a room not clean or safe and not used. I will never again book a room at a Ramada Inn.…
My family and I have stayed at the Ramada Northwest a few times in the past while visiting my uncle in Fresno and usually book two rooms and stay several days. It used to be clean, inviting and affordable. Nope, not anymore. When we pulled in the first night to check in, there was a lot going on in the parking lot...and none of it good. Lots of drug activity and homeless people gathered around the fountain. (There were actually sanitary pads floating in the stagnant fountain.) Upon entering the lobby, we realized the hotel had majorly gone downhill. Check In went pretty smooth, but we got stuck in the elevator while trying to get to our second floor room. The carpeting in the hallways is dirty, and nothing really looked clean. Our room was no better....hair in the bathroom, dirty toilets and the towels didn’t seem real clean. I do think the cleaning woman tried her best and was very nice, but she appeared to be the only one cleaning the entire hotel. Someone wired the lighting in the rooms completely wrong where you had to sleep with the entryway light on or lose power on everything else. We figured out a system where we would unscrew the lightbulbs from the bed lamps so we could charge our phones. Total joke. The breakfast room was the same...not real clean, and hope you like hazelnut coffee creamer because that was the only option. No continental breakfast that I could see, and coffee was usually not available until after 6:30. Two positives: The beds were pretty comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. I am starting to see the COVID effect everywhere...not enough staff and places that were once pretty nice are going down the toilet. Such a shame. I used to really like staying at this hotel but will definitely not be staying here on future trips to Fresno.…
Stay away from this filty property and i would not recommend this property for leisure stays. One plus- it is pet friendly- Nonetheless, i have cat-dog dander allegies and it is not ckeaned very well. This place is not a good fit for people who are looking for comfort
