Booked room for a month on a business trip. Roaches crawling on walls and floor, blankets were covered in burns marks so had to buy a new one, not clean so had to clean when first checked in, WiFi was nonexistent so had to update my data plan for internet, no maid service so had to buy all cleaning supplies, no dishes or silverware so had to buy, no hot water initially, police here almost daily for incidents going on in other rooms, the bed was completely sunken in on one side, dresser drawers were broken, sink was clogged, people always yelling, noisy at all hours. Even with all that I’d tolerate the room if not for the roaches because nasty bugs are just no.

DO NOT STAY HERE, THUGS RUN THE SHOW AND ARE GIVEN FREE REIGN! They partyed outside my door all day and until 5 am!! Security does nothing! Loud stereos, honking horns all night long! Got no peace and no sleep!

This hotel had no working TV or phone. It was not just the 2 rooms I had. There were people complaining in the office about the TV. The front desk said they were having technical trouble.I have stayed in a lot of Motel 6 hotels and this was one of the worse. Motel is known as a basic budget hotel but that does not mean it does not have phone or TV. I like Motel 6 because my pets stay free but some are well maintained and others are not. I'm beginning to look elsewhere to stay because they are all run by different owners or managers and some are really sleazy.

Our room had no heat no hot water pressure the outlet between the beds didn't work the room was dirty on the floor. The bathroom had no holding rail in bathtub area and it was loud and disturbing outside in the parking lot.

In my continuing series on cheap motels, this business trip took me to Fresno. I always liked to think that Motel 6 was the premium cheap motel brand but boy was I wrong this time. Room smelled of mildew, bed was worn out, no shampoo, no coffee maker. I also didn't realize that it is near a train track, but that fact was hard to miss at 5:00am. All in all, I would have to say that in their effort to save money Motel 6 missed the little things that make cheap motels bearable. That's why I am moving down the road to another cheap motel next time.

I want a clean room, clean bedding, clean towels and overall a clean environment. They could change their A/C and put in new screens on the windows, but other than that we have no complaints. The staff was super friendly and helpful - a few nice restaurants nearby for either dinner or breakfast, and don't forget you are not paying $120.00 but $70.00 Nice pool and clean too. So keep it up and the reviews will improve too.

Bedspread had multiple stains on it. Sheets had black marks and other stains. We were afraid to sleep in the beds but had nowhere else to go. The air conditioner/heater was broken and filthy. The thin towels had stains and hairs on them. Another guest had a big dog that pooped on the balcony walkway and they just left it. This place should be avoided.
