Disappointed Very poor security. Concern over security not taken seriously. My truck was broken into even after I had called the front desk to report a suspicious person who seemed to be casing vehicles. Staff and room were fine. Pool was very enjoyable.

The proximity of the property to the airport is very ideal to guest traveling alone or with kids. The hotel is clean and in good order. Amenities are complete. There’s a microwave and refrigerator where you can use for food heating and storage which is very convenient to guests.

Severely understaffed. The rooms were the dirtiest that I have ever stayed in. Our toilet was broken the entire two day stay. There were not enough towels for all of the guests and the breakfast service was awful. Do not stay here.

We stayed at the Wyndham Garden Inn over Memorial Day weekend for our son's baseball tournament. The room itself met our needs; however, there are many ways this hotel can improve the overall experience. The pool is not heated and no towels were provided there. Because the hotel was full, I had to beg the front desk for pool towels (we were told to use our room towels, but there were only two full bath towels given to us for our family of five!) Although we were led to believe breakfast was included in the room cost, it was not for our whole family. But the real deciding factor on my 1two star rating occured AFTER we checked out. After my son's tournament game, we realized my son' s retainer was missing. So, we headed back to the hotel and called the front desk. She found out the room was still uncleaned and she said we could come back and look for it. After getting a room key,my husband headed up and was met the House keeping lead/supervisor Cynda. She treated my husband like a criminal demanding to know how he got in the room, and even though he explained that the front desk clerk gave him a key to search for the retainer, Cynda further harassed him about being in the room, then told him the room has been stripped and everything was in the trash. No help was offered. Discouraged, my husband got me. I asked the front desk clerk where the trash was and she told me where to meet Cynda and search the garbage. A VERY KIND room attendant named Alfonso helped me search the trash (despite Cynda insisting I personally drag the huge trash bag downstairs to search it, which I did NOT!) And he then helped me re-search the room and THEN took me to the laundry room and helped me look through several room linens until he found it! Alfonso is the true GEM of the hotel and I made sure to tell the Front Desk clerk on my way out. Earlier in the trip, I witnessed Cynda be rude to one of the housekeepers.....perhaps she should be retrained in customer service or maybe hospitality isn't her thing.

Run down dirty and smelly property and rooms. I was placed in the back annex building and it was even worse than the main area, the exterior door wasn't even secure. The room cost nearly $250/night for a run down double queen, this is motel 6 at best and should have cost $80/night. Avoid it if possible. One of the worst properties I've seen.

We had omelets and had to try biscuits and gravy. Great omelets but if your from the south ... these are not your flakey biscuits..it has a great little quirky vibe though. Staff was super. Very crowded

The hotel was clean, it is a little outdated, and staff were friendly. It was located in a decent area close to some fast food places and a Starbucks. There was a microwave in the room which I appreciated. My only complaints are that the outside pool and spa were closed/inoperable. The indoor pool was beautiful but cold. The internet was super slow. The side door locks were broken so anyone can come in. And there are no mechanisms on the doors to stop them from slamming. Not a big deal really until you have neighbors slamming their doors until 3 AM. Overall it was not a bad place to stay.

Average, a little bit old amenities, but yet nice. Had a very pleasant check-in and check-out. The pool water was cold, but the pool, the sound of the water and the hang out place was very nice. Employees were always ready to help.

It was horrible. The ada room had no bars in the shower. Non compliant. Not wheelchair accessible bathroom. Coffee spilled and not cleaned up. The carpet was filthy. There were bugs flying around. The security door did not lock. Horrible stay.

We didn't have any issues with our stay just a few minor inconveniences lthey're inconveniences like no elevator and the coffeemaker would only make one cup. Everything else was perfect it had a very yummy breakfast buffet. The place looks very beautiful and it has a nice pool in recreation area.
