I'll start with the positives: Price, room has a coffee maker, fridge, microwave, has a Subway sandwiches on site (although it was closed and didn't look like it's been open for a while), good size TV with lots of channels. Negatives (so many I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone): cockroaches everywhere (probably had 30+ that I saw in the room at night, see pic that show just a couple), inside and out smelt of smoke, walls of shower coming off and bending into shower making it hard to use, toilet was dirty on arrival (even though it had a "sanitize" take around it), gang activity with lots of noise all night long (not that I would want to tell them to quiet down if I owned the place either), AC unit thermostat didn't work so it was either full on or off.

Front desk was slow to respond but it all worked out. Ok place to stay. Overall fine. Staff helped to get a cab, make return booking. Clean. But noisy. Value for money is good. Phone was broken in the room . They offered a choice to use the phone in another location. Overall front desk service were respectful

I had not read any reviews when I booked this hotel, it was cheap, available and easy to book so I took it without thinking. After reading some reviews I got scared! Bed bugs?! Roaches! Shady area! I was having second thoughts. Once I got here I was relieved, area is very business oriented and clean. Check in with Karan was simple. Room was clean, tidy, smelled good with a hint of lemon. Stayed for one night, and if I’m in the area I’ll come back to this hotel. No complaints this time around. Thank you Karan and hotel staff for making my stay pleasant.

The first complaint I had was that expedia’s site said this hotel was .4 miles from the Fresno Convention Center. It was twice that. At first the room seemed very reasonable for the price, but when you looked a little deeper, you notice the cigarette burns, shoddy maintenance, a sink that won’t drain, chipped tub, shower board pulling away from the wall and mold on the ceiling. Then there’s the breakfast consisting of pre-packaged budget danishes and a filthy breakfast area. How hard is it to get these simple things right? (Also... plan on hearing freight trains all night...)

Sounded like a great deal with great location at first but unfortunately the disappointment began as soon as we walked in our smoked up room, as was evident by the cigarette burns on the top linen. The smell was awful. Had to leave the door open for about an hour. The roaches in the bathroom didn't make matters better. The next morning, the young front desk man came up to our room as kept asking my wife to open the door while I was in the shower. Creepy AF!

Very nice staff. Good service. I went down, ordered a Subway sandwich from their very own Subway restaurant, and ate it in their patio. I spent the night and slept wonderfully. In the summer heat of Fresno it's nice to have an oasis like this.

I was at this hotel from the end of November of 2016 to the end of February of 2017 (13 weeks) as a therapy traveler. I had no problems, owners were great, treated me well. Room was good and a Subway was underneath. I'm sorry I'm just getting to this review in 2019!

We stayed here overnight travelling from Las Vegas to Yosemite. The room was a bit old and a few stains here and there but as we were using it to crash for the night it was fine. The bed was nice and big and quite comfy. The service was ok, nothing to write home about but equally not rude. The wifi was included which I wasn't necessarily expecting so that was a plus. It was a quick walk to and from the train station too. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here more than one night, but if you're using it just for the night it's fine.
