100% satisfied and zero complaints about my two-night experience in this hotel. Was in town for a concert but needed to work by day, and the staff went out of their way to ensure I'd have a quiet room for work calls/Zoom meetings by day and restful sleep by night. Wonderful Ahjeah assisted me both by phone in advance and during my arrival on site and was amazing - so professional, helpful and gracious in addressing my requests. Also, when I needed to check out but had more one more work video call before hitting the road, Valentina & Ahjeah generously coordinated and made it possible for me to quickly use a spare business room to complete work needs. As a professional, their great professionalism meant a lot! While the hotel is an older building, the recent remodel is great; the interior was all new and also spotlessly clean. I wouldn't likely have known the hotel was older had they not told me so when I complimented the interior. My room was quiet with zero highway noise despite the hotel's proximity to the 41 onramp. The housekeeping staff must be wonderful, because my room was spotlessly clean. Clean carpet, clean sofa, clean bedding, towels, bathroom - all spotless. If you're headed to Fresno for work or for fun or both as in my case, I highly recommend this hotel for a clean, comfortable stay with excellent, professional staff who care about your nice experience here. I'll stay at this hotel whenever I need to head back to Fresno! Thank you, staff, for everything.

This was a surprisingly little gem found. The remodel is very nice rooms are clean and pleasant staff was very friendly. The bistro had a good variety of food to either go or eat inside. Will certainly stay again went in the area.

The Courtyard is remodeled and very nice all around! Not sure about walking, but its within a mile to several restaurants or stay in the lobby which is also remodeled with drinks & snacks. Its a very busy area, so I guess it depends on the price compared to others nearby.

They put someone else in my room on my second night - gave me a new room that was not cleaned. When I checked out and told front desk person (Lesley) what happened, she was rude and simply said "gee, that's unfortunate"...and nothing more! Also, I used the special family rate - then received bill after checkout and first night was not at the special rate. I called to request it be changed and told by front desk (Alexis first, then Sabrina) that they won't change it. I asked to speak to general manager and was rudely told to call back and that "it won't matter, because it won't be changed". Thankfully I'm a platinum elite member so I called the Marriott rewards desk and the person Stephanie was kind and told me it would be fixed - 1/2 hour later I received the refund for the first night - the general manager never did call me. I use Marriott all the time - I'll never return to this one - incredibly rude and the worst customer service of an hotel I've ever stayed at...ever....

I stayed in the king suite. I love how you can chat with the front desk through the app. This helped with coordinating an early checkin. Friendly staff, great stay and they addressed my only concern. I was trying to sleep and I heard a banging on the wall connecting the bedroom to the hallway. I sent the front desk a message asking them to check it out and the noise stopped within minutes. They responded that a kid was kicking his ball around the hallway and that they took care of it with an apology. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while on business.

All the staff I interacted with were very friendly. Hotel was clean although a little tired looking. It seems they might be due for an upgrade of carpet and paint. In every other way, it was like a standard Marriott Courtyard. Price was crazy high for mid-summer which made the value out of whack with the surroundings.

I have been staying at Marriot for years and this is the first time I have met an unfriendly receptionist. When I did the chek in I asked if my reservation included breakfast, I answered that she could not see it, so I authorize two breakfasts, enter my account and I showed that the reservation included 2 adult breakfasts and 2 children's breakfasts, so he badly gave me 4 pieces of paper, and in a bad way he told me there are few food options, and they hand them to him in front of him. I think they should change the staff by staff that conveys cordial atmosphere for the guests. At the same time, update your systems, make use of what you buy, and grant it as a benefit to your payment, not as a claim.

The front desk staff were unfriendly and rude. The hallway carpets were worn and dirty. Walls were paper thin - you could here everyone in the hall and outside in the pool. Rooms were dated and the shower water pressure poor. I stay 50 nights a year in Marriotts - but rethinking that after this experience.

We chose this hotel because it seemed to be the nicest one on a "stay & play" softball tournament list. It was clean, safe and had a beautiful pool area. We ate at their Bistro which offered a good menu; however, the food took quite a while to prepare and was just average for the price. It is a little difficult to find the entrance your first time there, so turn in BEFORE the comic store. We ended up needing another night because our team qualified to play the next day, but they raised the price to double the rate, so we decided to stay elsewhere. That was disappointing and will likely discourage me from staying there again. There's so many other properties nearby to choose from. They lost out on two bookings that night and future business.

First off let me tell you this hotel was a pain to find. I drove past it twice. There is no sign for the hotel off the main road. FYI when you see the comic book shop take the first right. Hotel is in the rear. Hotel was your average courtyard hotel. Was a little outdated but nothing to complain about. Overall the hotel was fine.
