The staff were not very helpful. The hallway smells like weed. The overall cleaning was mediocre. The breakfast wasn't delicious. I definitely had made bad choices by staying at this place. For the same rate I had better experiences somewhere else.
I unfortunately experience the worst stay ever in a hotel. It started out with my check in as they would not accept the credit card I presented since in was in my mother's name. I accepted that. At 7:00 am the next morning there were yipping dogs in the hall that woke me up. At 10:00 am house keeping was knocking on my door and I had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I asked house keeping to please come back. When I left the room at 10:20 am I removed the Do Not Disturb sign. When I got back to my room at 5:30 PM that day my room had not been made up. I went to the front deck to inquire and I could tell the individual was not interested in listening. So I responded to the person that "You really do not care do you?". The person responded with "Not really!" Never again will I stay here.…
I have been a frequent guest at this inn. Internet service was nearly non-existent this time in my room except occasionally. Hot tub was empty and they're talking of filling it in with concrete. Breakfast is the worst example of American corporate trough-fare. Staff was extremely nice and tried to be helpful. You get 5 pillows but they're all so high one awakes with a headache.
The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay there amazing! Ismael, who helped me at the front desk, was very friendly, welcoming, and very hospitable. The rooms and common spaces were clean and, again, the staff was very friendly. Great visit.
We stayed for 3 nights during our trip to Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks and aside from some minor cleanliness things in the bathroom (grout in tiles was stained and shower drain was clogged), we didn’t have any issues. Overall the hotel is very kept. I should mention there is freeway noise that can be heard at night, but nothing noice canceling ear buds can’t fix. Not bad for price and overall satisfaction with breakfast, staff and hotel in general.
Nice hotel everything is great We stay in a few la Quinta hotels in our US trip quick check in good rooms everything was good When we come back in two years for our next states trip we stay definitely in one of them Too
I made my reservation about two weeks in advance using their direct web site, I made a note in that I needed a room in an upper floor. I got to the hotel around 9:00 PM only to find out that I had been assigned a room on the second floor. When I told the person at the front desk about my request, he rudely replied that they were sold out and had no other room available. This was despite the fact that while I was waiting to be checked in, a woman who was in front of me was able to get a room on the highest floor without any reservation! When I pointed this out, he repeated that they had no other room available and walked away to "attend" to other matters. I had a very long and tiring day and was in no mode to argue with the night person at the front desk, so I took the and key and got on the elevator. The first thing that caught my attention was the bad odor in the elevator. It was as if someone had just thrown up in there. The elevator made nasty sounds and appeared that it was long overdue for a service call. The whole hotel has only one small elevator, so expect a long wait to catch a ride. The room condition was no better. The bathroom was dirty with stains. The carpet looked like it had not been cleaned it ages. The towels wee stained. The mattress was lumpy and very uncomfortable. (Good luck if you are hoping for a good night sleep). The sheets did not look that they had been replaced. Luckily, I had brought my own. Worst of all, there was a lot of late-night traffic in the hallway - which made it very disturbing even if you could eventually get used to the mattress. The ONLY good thing that I could say about this place, except for its location, was the breakfast. It offered a decent variety of quality breakfast items. This is NOT worth the money.…
Have been working out of town for many months and the staff have made me feel like family. Hannah , Gloria, Tamicia and Nick are all top shelf. If your staying in Fresno do yourself a favor and book your room at La Quinta . The rooms are clean and comfortable and as I have already stated the staff is amazing.
I phoned in my reservation months in advance for a very large swim meet that was in town. The person making the reservations booked them for the wrong month. I had no reservations when I showed up. I was told that the hotel was booked up but they had one room left and I had to pay a much higher price. Same as someone that would walk in that day.
The stairway smelled and the carpeting needs to be replaced as it was extremely soiled. The sanitary condition was lacking. Will not be returning. This location is a disappointment to the La Quinta/Wyndham brand.
