Our room great. I didn’t understand why they put trash bags in upside down. With the bag flat across the top. The customer can’t put anything in the trash until the Customer pushes the trash bag down in the can. Why is that my job. Breakfast great. Pool unusable. Dark green. Couldn’t even see the bottom.

First time staying at this Hampton and it won't be our last. Staff were amazing as well as the breakfast. Rooms were spacious and clean and well decorated. Great hotel if coming up to visit your college kids.

The room was clean and felt like home. Service was great. The two guys at the front desk was very welcoming. Great location too. Then there's the complimentary breakfast that made it all better. Enjoyed my stay here.

We spent 350 dollars for one night here. The place looks run down. It needs some serious TLC. The breakfast was not amazing. We think the eggs were powdered or poured out of a carton. It was very noisy. The floors appeared dirty. Won’t stay here again.

Overall, location is the only thing that this hotel was able to provide. Breakfast was extremely poor quality and options, so much so we didn’t even have breakfast on the second morning. On day two I asked for a bottle of water and the staff refused to give it. I am a Hilton gold member but that didn’t matter. The bathroom was out of shower gel and no one replenished that. We had forgotten our toothbrush and asked for one at the reception, the airport of that brush was worse than any brush I have ever used. During the first brush the bristles broke off and even injured my gums. Ice machine was broken and didn’t get fixed in the three days we were there, with an exceptional heat wave! I had been driving for over 6 hours, wanted a good bed to sleep in and rest. I researched hotels to stay in mid-way through my trip, had another 6 hours to go. First off, the pet fee is hidden somewhere on the website, I usually pay $25, maybe $50. I got there expecting some where around that, I paid $75! I had called the hotel across the street and it was only $25 but didn't have double beds, so I had overpay. When I mentioned it to the front desk that across the street it was cheaper, he said "that's how much we charge and shrugged" (kind of like 'take it or leave it') I thought at least, I'll have a good night's rest. Not so, the bed was like my grandma's guest room bed, I could feel the coils. I did not rest before taking on the 6+ hour drive.

So glad we picked this hotel. Our first night stay was just what we were hoping for. Very comfortable mattress, friendly staff, quiet, easy check out the next day. We returned at weeks end staying on a Friday night catching a plane out of Fresno at midnight. We checked out around 10 p.m. Unfortunately, our plane was cancelled. I called the hotel and asked if we could check back into the same room, and they said the keys would be waiting. I called back again because I realized we had already returned our rental car. I asked if they could send the hotel shuttle and they did. I called a third time because waiting for our luggage was a nightmare. They said the driver was already on her way, but they'd call her to go back to the hotel, and for us to call when we got our luggage. So, I called one last time when we finally got our luggage, and they came and picked us up. So friendly! That's good service!! P.S. Breakfast was good, too! …

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and quiet. The Hotel was very full, but you did not hear anyone. There was people stay there with dogs, but the dogs were unnoticeable except when you saw them in public. The dogs where there for a dog show.

Conveniently located next to Fwy 41, Herndon Ave and Fresno St. It also is subject to traffic noise because of all the major streets. 5 PM traffic for southbound Fresno St is congested so plan accordingly. Use the Howard St during peak traffic hours to exit the hotel area.

We stayed at this newly renovated Hampton Inn at the end of a vacation in Yosemite and two other parks. It was very nice! Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Breakfast was included, and it was as good as other Hampton Inns I've stayed at. The front desk team was super helpful in pointing us to a great Mexican restaurant for dinner. I would definitely come back to this Inn.
