I stopped by for a day and wasn’t treated well at all. An empty hotel with no late check-out? I’m not convinced. The rooms smelled like smoke. The staff’s attitudes are nasty. They should be working at Motel 6.
I recently stayed here for business trip for one night. I checked in late and was very tired. The front desk agent was extremely courteous and offered me water to take up to the room. She checked me in quite quickly and off I went. The room was in great condition and extremely clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. I even appreciated that the bath products were not super waxy like most other affordable hotels. In the morning there was complementary breakfast. The breakfast was not super very diverse and had limited options. I ended up not eating here and just going to Starbucks instead which is right across the street. I was running a little bit late so their drive-through was appreciated. Oh ya, The parking area was very well lit at night as well which made me feel safe traveling alone as a female. Will visit again. …
As always a quality stay at Hampton. Clean room safe area. I will say to watch the rooms on the East side the train comes through 2 times at night and it’s loud. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
This Hampton Inn is located very close to the freeway to the west and train tracks to the east. I was woken by the sound of the train’s horn, but I couldn’t hear the freeway. So if you’re a light sleeper you might want to bring ear plugs.
Great hotel right off the highway yet in a quiet corner that doesn’t feel overwhelmed with traffic. The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was really good. The rooms were clean and sanitized
I was not thrilled with the lack of a working thermostat causing the room to be to hot or to cold because the auto function didn’t work. The shower head was clogged up making our showers feel like you’re showering in a trickle of water. Beds were so hard we decided non of us were going to sleep so we actually packed up and left a few hours after checking in. Not the best experience but the staff was very helpful and the place was very clean.
The property was very nice, parking in front of hotel is safest. Neat inside and friendly hosts, convenient location to use interstate 99, breakfast had oatmeal, eggs bacon sausage waffles bagels toast muffins. Adequate and good enough for us
I haven't stayed at this property. However, we had a mix-up with a hotel block associated with our wedding that we didn't discover until the last minute. Manny (manager) and Carrie (front desk) were very responsive and accommodating in helping us sort it out. I don't know what the property is like, but A+ for the staff I dealt with. I hope their boss reads this.
Room was super dirty, hairs on the bed. Toilet was dirty bathtub was horrible. Definitely don’t recommend, staff was not friendly whatsoever they seemed very rude when I would be asking a question. Negative 1 from me
The lack of regard for customer safety when asked to assist with a smoke alarm was disgusting. I was asked to climb on a chair to take the battery out of the smoke detector and unplug the smoke detector completely from the wall to stop the beeping followed by being told by the front desk receptionist that they will fix it in the morning meaning we spent the night in the room for 9 hrs without a working smoke detector set up which is illegal. And when attempting to discuss this with the morning receptionist the actions were just blown off and acted as if it was normal and okay which it simply is not. My significant other was scared of what if a fire broke out that night and we had no way of knowing and it bothered her so much it was difficult to sleep. I refuse to accept that the way they handled that was appropriate.…
