This was perfect for our stay in the Palm Springs area! Great villa with 2 bedrooms & 2 baths!! Always a good thing to have, especially if 2 couples are staying. The mineral springs were great! Very relaxing. The villa was very clean and the sheets and towels were super comfortable. Would recommend!

We were there for our anniversary and were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of chilled champagne waiting for us in the room! We stayed in Room 1 which very conveniently has its own outdoor tub that can be filled with fresh mineral water anytime. With three people for one bed, I brought a sleeping bag just in case, but the super considerate hotel staff already had an air mattress in the room without my asking. I think they really pay attention to the details and strive to give their guests a good experience. We will definitely come back when we are in town next time.

We very much love staying at hot springs resorts where you can soak in natural mineral water. We've previously come by The Spring for their spa (Michelle, a therapist with them, is truly gifted) and this time we booked two rooms with a kitchen between them for a week to decompress. The facility is not particularly luxurious and the neighborhood leaves much to be desired, but the attention to your health and relaxation make this a five star choice. Ownership (Arley) and Management (Mike) were incredibly responsive and attentive when asked. They are focused on healthy foods and juices as well as the maintenance of three great pools. One is a large freshwater pool in the center of the property, next is a smaller very warm mineral water pool, and finally a hot tub with jets.
Palm Desert is about 30 minutes away and Palm Springs about 20 minutes so there's plenty of places to go visit. On this trip we spent three days in the spa with Michelle who was truly awesome. All in all, if you're looking to recalibrate and get healthy this is a great place to do it.

In conclusion, if you're coming to the day spa for a facial with Valerie, then have on. This service was by far the best aspect of my trip. At the prices they charge for the resort and spa services, surely there are better options in the Palm Springs areas, but perhaps not? Do some research.
There are some wonderful aspects to the Spring Report and Spa, namely the size. This small resort only has 10-15 rooms which all outline the center pool which is very quaint and inviting. This also made the place virtually uninhabited between 11 am and 3 pm, making me feel like I had the place to myself. The grounds are clean and I truly enjoyed the placement of incense and candles. I also enjoyed both the regular and infrared saunas, with the three hot mineral pools.
But, the property needs a handyman for touch-ups. The paint was peeling and cracked in areas, the screens on the windows, rusty, worn, and misshapen. Some of the wooden lounge chairs needed screws tightened and wood slates replaced. The fire pit area was comfortable for reading, however, at dusk, the area was peppered with many mosquitos.
My room was a decent size and I would have enjoyed the small kitchen if I had brought groceries. I appreciated that there was a CD, record player with a lovely classical station available. The bed was large and comfortable. Important note about the rooms, the walls are very thin. Each night I could hear the neighbor next door snoring, and one night at 10 pm, I had to request the neighbor (on my other side) turn down their music. Also, my room smelt faintly of gas, which I believe was coming from the ancient gas heater used to heat the room. As such, I took efforts to spend as much time as possible out of my room and had the windows opened and fan on whenever enclosed.
The 3-day juice cleanse was a disappointment. Day 1 (6 juices a day) was perfect, and I was congratulating myself on my healthy choices, however, on days 2 and 3 the almond milk concoction (juices 1 and 6) tasted spoilt. At $75 a day, I advise against it. I was also told the juices would be brought to my room, however, every day I had to go to the front desk for them. Additionally, even though I booked the cleanse through the property (a few days after I booked the room) they denied giving me the discount. How very unaccommodating.

I had a beautiful day at The Spring! I didn't want to leave. (I was just there for a day service.)
My therapist Michelle delivered a wonderful salt scrub and massage. My skin was so soft and my muscles were like butter!
The setting is an old school mineral spa with 3 pools and two saunas. The well maintained property exuded peace and tranquility.
Even though I was not an overnight guest I was welcome to enjoy some light refreshment in their 'living room'. The fresh squeezed orange juice was amazing!
This is a great place to spend a 'girlfriend day'! I will be back with friends!

The place is as small as the pictures suggest - the only rooms are those around the pool, and you can just wander in your swimsuit to the different pools fed with natural hot water directly from your room. I am always a bit wary of cleanliness of public hot tubs, but feel totally comfortable here. The rooms are clean and updated, though not new and modern, which adds to the lovely romantic atmosphere. The spa area looks very new, both my facial and our massages were fabulous. A simple "help yourself" breakfast is provided - most people just pick up with a tray. Very good quality drinking water and bathrobes are provided. Good dining options are a short drive away, and there is ONE Tesla Destination Charger right outside - first come first serve.

+1
My husband and I had such a fabulous time at The Spring. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa which was clean and comfortable and provided us with everything we needed to cook a meal. The beds were plush and supportive and the linens soft. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the mineral pool grounds very much. The entire property felt safe, with a secure entry. I loved that there are only a dozen or so accommodations, which kept the number of people in the pools at any given time to a minimum. There was always a pool we could have to ourselves and with the “shhhh, quiet please” signs, it’s so peaceful. I loved listening to the rustling of the palm trees and the beautifully mature flower plants. The infrared sauna was a treat! I slept so good here. As far as the staff goes, they took care of us well and it was obvious customer service is a priority. We will be back!

We had a lovely stay - the facility was clean, quiet, and relaxing. We loved the simplicity of our room and how close everything was. The water felt clean and the temperature was perfect! Appreciated the care put into running this place - there were staff around regularly checking the water levels and replenishing towels which I appreciated! Enjoyed the common area and continental breakfast in the morning. Will definitely come back!

We were so happy with our stay at The Spring Resort. My husband did the booking, I never even looked at the website and I can tell you that I was SO PLEASED with the grounds, the accommodations, the staff, and the pools. Can't wait to visit again. There are three different bodies of water: the jacuzzi, the swimming pool, and the hot springs pool. I believe all three pools are mineral waters, but I could be wrong. I absolutely loved the indoor mineral pool. Breakfast was light, yet filling. Massage was great, too. There isn't much around the area as far as fine dining, but we found a pretty good Indian restaurant and up the street from the resort is the museum to learn more about the discovery of the hot springs.
The thing I loved best was that the pools are open 24 hours a day, NO CHILDREN, and the entire place (shared spaces) were quiet zones.
Had a lovely time.

One of the loveliest spots I’ve visited in the Greater Palm Springs area. I booked a hydration treatment at the spa and couldn’t have been happier. The treatment began with a relaxing soak in one of the three hot mineral water pools on the property. You’re also encouraged to drink the local mineral water, which is very delicious and refreshing. My 80 minute treatment was fabulous; the best hydration treatment I’ve ever received and I’ve visited some of the most famous spas in the US. Following my treatment, I spent another hour soaking in the outdoor mineral water pool listening to the wind in the palms and the sound of birdsong. My skin was so soft and renewed! The entire staff is just lovely. You’re made to feel very welcome and they are happy to help you with anything you need. I will certainly be back when we visit the area next January.

Hello and good afternoon,
Thank you for your interest in The Spring Resort and Spa. We are not Clothing Optional. I hope that answers your question. If should have any more, feel free to contact us directly at (760) 251-6700. Thank you and I hope you have a wonderful day.
Warm regards,
Lindsey A.
Assistant General Manager
The Spring Resort and Spa.
The Springs Spa & Resort is small, intimate , and perfect for a group of ladies. Although co-ed, guests often do walk around in robes. No mud bath on the premises but plenty of spa treatments that are amazing. A couple rooms have a private soaking tub, and/or gas fire pit. I believe there is a unit to rent just off the premises (but owned and operated by The Springs Resort), that will accommodate a group or family. That might be nice for your group of ladies. Contact the resort for more info. Also, keep in mind there is no restaurant on the premises. Yet this adds to the peace, quiet and serenity of The Springs Spa & Resort. And many rooms have full kitchens.
Hello,
Thank you for your interest in The Spring. We are an adults only resort and guests must be at least 17 years of age or older. I hope this answers your question.
