The service is impeccable. The employees are very nice. Alma, the morning kitchen employee is polite and always courteous. The breakfasts are delicious. We always stay here over Thanksgiving weekend.
The assistant general manager helped me with my reservation date change and she was awesome. I’m actually a general manager myself of another brand of hotel (none in the area). So I really appreciate the great customer service and I will be returning frequently to this property. I am now a Hilton rewards member!! The location is great the breakfast is good and the hotel looks like it’s been newly renovated. 10 minutes from SFSU is perfect for me to visit my daughter. We will see you soon!
Very nice front office employees, courteous and friendly,. When I arrived, I was very stressed from driving three hours from Sacramento to San Francisco in crazy traffic. I had a concert to go to. I had to be there by 8 o’clock but everyone at the hotel was so kind and made it easy for me to check-in. I Relaxed a little called my Lyft and got to the concert early. Though I accidentally did leave some New Balance tennis shoes in the closet 😫 because I forgot to check closet before I checked out.
Excellent service. Nice updated room. Easy commute to airport and city. Hot breakfast. Would stay here again. Easy check in process with Hilton honors app. Clean bathrooms. Comfortable bed. Parking available. Decent workout room.
It was a pleasure to overnight at this hotel after a long day of sightseeing in San Francisco. Sch a nice surprise NOT having to pay to park my car. The guest room was very comfortable and clean. The complimentary Hampton breakfast was spot on. The only amenity missing was a swimming pool and hot tub which seems to be the norm in San Francisco for some reason.
This was the last stop for the family (Wife and 2 kids 9&11) on our journey up the east coast from LA. We chose to book this hotel simply because of the previous reviews and the fact it has FREE parking - not to be sniffed at when you look at the cost of parking at hotels closer to central SF. The location is excellent for exploring San Fran - public transport (BART system) is just around the corner, 5 minute walk away. The hotel staff were able to talk us through the requirements of getting on the train to go into central SF - it was very straight forward and simple. Top tip - DON'T pay $3 each for a plastic BART travel card, download the BART app on your phone instead and use that to contactless pay! The train takes about 20 mins to get into downtown SF. Anyway, back to the hotel review - we were placed on the top floor, and the rooms are spacious, bright and have plenty of facilites such as mini fridge, microwave, ironing board, iron, A/C etc etc. Beds were very comfy and the large TV has plenty of channels to choose from. The room was very clean and despite NOT making up or housekeeping coming each day, the housekeeping staff still asked us if we wanted it doing. Hotel offers two WiFi packages - one free and a faster one which isn't...I made do with the free one and never had an issue with it uploading photos and videos from the days exploring to Facebook etc - plenty fast enough. As previous stated, the FREE parking saves a fortune - there's loads of spaces too. There are plenty of nearby choices for restaurants or delivery of take away, and two decent sized shopping areas just a 5 minute drive up the road, including an indoor shopping mall with a large Macy's. There's also a laundry area which you can use if you wish and you have the use of excellent fitness facilities including a Peloton bike! Good FREE breakfast with plenty of choices - served between 7-10 each morning. The foyer has free internet access on a PC and use of printer which enabled printing off of boarding passes etc for the trip back. All in all, we'd most certainly stay at Daly City again - the area is good, feels safe and to use a base for doing all of the 'touristy' things that SF has to offer, it's absolutely ideal. …
Stayed here Monday night, it was our second visit to this Hampton Inn. It’s a lovely clean hotel with well kept room and free indoor parking too. The breakfast here was very good, some of the Hampton Inns’ are skimping on the breakfast fare these days. Staff were very nice.
My wife and I were looking for a place to stay for the night because we were taking a cruise out of San Francisco the next afternoon. I chose this hotel for several reasons. I always have a good experience at Hampton Inns and this one was no exception. I also was looking for a place that had restaurants within walking distance. There were several places including a McDonalds nearby. We were checked in by a very friendly and helpful gentleman. Room was typical Hampton Inn quality. The woman at the front desk the next day was also very friendly and polite. Breakfast was fine. Seating was a little tight but we managed to find a place. Overall a great stay with no issues.
We stayed here for a SFU visit for my senior. The teens loved the Buffet breakfast. It was yummy. The rooms were clean. The staff was great about giving us tips for dinner and beaches to visit. And it’s super close to the airport.
The front desk agent was very nice and courteous engaging in a conversation with me and providing what I needed with concerns. The Housekeepers I met along the way to my room were also very nice people since they took the initiative to greet me. The room was nice and clean. It was an awesome experience, I felt very welcoming to the property.
