Basically i was at a hotel in Moalboal before this so came from there. I organized my taxi with my hotel in Moalboal and i think it cost me around 1500 pesos. I find it easiest to book my taxis with hotels as yes it is alot more expensive but it is so much easier and you dont have any worries about which bus to take at what terminal ect.
However my good friend got the public bus, she said it was i think less than 100 pesos. but if you get this bus then you must get the 4am one as traffic is quite bad and it will drop you off just outside the whale shark place. Hope this helps!
