I`ve been to Davao City 6 times, and every time I`m there, we visit Babu Santa Beach Resort. First of all, we never slept or checked the rooms of this resort, because we just go here for the beach, just for the reason that my girlfriend have family in this island, so we sleep in their native houses. But this is one of the Best Beaches around Davao
From Davao City you have to take the ferry from Sta.Ana Wharf which will take you to Talikud Island (It takes around 1 hour), then from the pier in Talikud take a motorcycle taxi to Babu Santa Beach Resort. You can go direct to the resort from Davao if you go with a tour guide, but I recommend to take a motorcycle taxi, so you can see the Island, which is a really small and Laid Back Island. The Beach is really interesting with White sands and good for snorkeling
It s a LOW COST native resort, great for photos and great swimming

Можно наслаждаться весь день морем, солнцем, а вечером вернуться на Давао. тут действительно очень тихо, спокойно и не спешно. Но не ждите от персонала хорошего сервиса... Тут никто никуда не спешит...

This resort is a frequent destination/stopover for those going on one of those island hopping tours around Samal and Talikud island. To be precise, this isn't a normal resort were you have rooms, a pool and dining facility. It's just a very simple place for those who like to spend time enjoying and relaxing gung ho style. Make sure to always bring your own food when going to this place.
