we booked for one night (03/16/2019-03/17/2019) thru Agoda Booking and find the staff esp anton very kind and accommodating. He sees to it that we were comfortable and even have as checked in at our room as early as 12noon (check in time is at 2pm) so that we could rest since we arrived as early as 7am to avoid traffic (pilahan sa barge). I really disagree with the negative reviews i've read since we find our room (Kubo#5) . clean...In fact the family is planning to come back here and at the same time would be happy to recommend it to our officemates and friends. All in all we are truly happy and satisfied with our stay here....Thank you Anton, Arman and Joan and staff for making our stay comfortable and worth remembering....Keep it up and God bless ....

The staff coordinated with those who had island hopping and land tours. For the land tour, it costs Php600; just ask Anton, the staff about it. For island hopping, make sure that you go early since you will go from Samal Wharf to Sta. Ana wharf which is already located in the city proper. For the island hopping with buffet, it costs Php650. Both are whole day tours. The staff is informative and accommodating-- just don't forget to ask questions every now and then. Since it's located inside Sunset Beach, you can check at around 5 until 5:30 or 5:45 to see the sunset.

We recently stayed here in March 2018. I gave this place the benefit of doubt. The “beach huts” are bamboo cots, NO BEDDING, they tried to accommodate with some mats. There was a free breakfast, We had to wait for them wake up. We booked a second night. BIG MISTAKE. 2 pillows and 2 mats for a group of 8 people? We rented 5 huts and the tree house. No beds in the tree house, They rented 3 of our cottages to others when we had paid for them! I complained! One rest room working only. No towels, no bedding,, place was filthy, what they show online is not what you get. Don’t expect a refund, won’t happen. Spend the money go elsewhere. This place is an embarrassment to Filipino hospitality.

We booked 3 months before we stayed here on arrival we were told accommodation we booked not available. In our 3 day visit we were moved 3 times. The beech was covered in plastic rubbish the constant loud music from two bars just spent the whole time being as loud as possible. This place should have a complete revamp. Two showers for over 40 guests and both showers didn't work. Two toilets for same amount of guests and one was not working for the 3 days.
I know this place prides itself on being cheap but not worth a single penny. I suggest you save your money and find somewhere that cares for its guests.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY DONT STAY HERE
