Where do I begin. First, internet does not work. No problem, I can hotspot my phone to my work laptop. Second, air conditioner leaked giant condensation puddle all over the carpet. Third, I could not check out the morning of, as the gentleman was asleep behind the counter. He didn't wake up when I knocked on the glass. I called to check out a couple hours later (6am, still way within the parameters of checkout time). I was charged an extra night. Left multiple messages with the manager over the course of a week, then was told I did not check out and therefore was charged. I explained the situation, offered to provide phone records of my checkout. She refused to acknowledge the situation, refused to look at phone records, and refused to refund the extra night she charged me.

In a very short and simple manner, do not stay here. They advertised for breakfast and there is no breakfast. If you want to wake up sore, sleep on their hard mattresses. If you want to be woken at 7:30 on a Sunday by a blower, stay here. If you plan to use the pool or hot tub, sorry buddy, they are off limits. If you want to think you're at the wrong hotel, stay here. They cant even wear shirts they say there name, instead it was for another motel down the road. Wish I could upload the pics we took.

All I have to say is don’t stay here we got in about 2 o’clock in the morning and probably didn’t get to our room till almost 3 o’clock people in front of us we’re taking forever the lady at the front desk was sitting there talking to them as if she didn’t have any other customers to help she kept answering the phone there was a guy sitting there at the table that should’ve been helping but he was doodling on a pizza box. Room is dirty and there’s blood splattered on the back of the door in the bathroom a dead fly that had been there for a week that was mirror on the wall with the blood and everything was disgusting breakfast was just horrible wasn’t what they had mentioned the night before people walking in and out of the parking lot being super loud people standing on their balconies it was almost like they were selling drugs. Would’ve stayed somewhere else but everywhere else was booked so we had to sacrifice.

Great staff - Good internet connection - .I would appreciate it if the smokers would dispose of their cigarette butts in an ash tray or fire safe trash. Rather than in the walk ways, staris, landscape areas and parking lot. It is bad for their health, second hand smoke is bad for other people and the enviornment.

Tidy, clean, well situated, solidly built room with excellent climate control. Top shelf Samsung HD TV with plenty of cable channels. Was less expensive than the Motel 6 which is like staying in a toy motel where the soap are the size of triscuits and the bath towels the size of dish rags.

We booked this place in a rush. We planned to go to Six Flags the next day and we wanted to drive by the area the night before; to look for a hotel for a night or two. Unfortunately, we didn't anticipate the weekend Fright Fest at Six Flag so most of the hotels close by were fully booked. We saw this motel 20mins away from Six Flags and thought this will do. No choice. We weren't expecting much.
We were actually pleasantly surprised. We even extended another night. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She asked me to book online so it's cheaper than booking directly with her. She waited while I do that and processed me without issues. She also helped us with the minor aircon issue when we got to our room. Mind you, it was already past 9pm. She was still very pleasant and didn't make us feel like we're bothering her. Great costumer service.
Our room was pretty simple but clean and complete with the usual hotel amenities. It was also spacious, roomy for the three of us. The bathroom could use a little renovation but it's clean and has strong hot water to relieved our travel stress. The beds were large, clean and comfy - that's important for us travelers. I also liked the wood floors than carpet.
Aircon was a little on the loud side but tolerable. Location is unassuming but seems pretty safe. I wouldn't mind staying here again if we go to Six Flags Magic Mountain again.

This hotel is nice on your first look. The room looks nice at first site. But the bathroom definitely needs to be updated. It was good for 1 night. This was not our first choice. The hotel that we first booked called me at 6:23pm after I called to confirm our reservations and let me now that it was overbooked this really made me mad.

Purple was dirty. Hot tub is broken. A TV remote wasn't working and was never replaced. Hotel staff only gave us one extra towel. According to them only one extra child per room was allowed. Next time our family we'll spend an extra 50 bucks and get us better hotel.

This is a well-used and popular budget motel in a terrific location for the I-5 and the surrounding attractions. It is what it is......older but clean. A very nice helpful young man at RECEPTION. Comfortable bedding ...a nice firm mattress and washroom has handles in the tub/shower which is a good idea fro these days. A nice chair at the desk but I would suggest them retro-fitting with a power bar with easily accessible outlets and USB ports.

Stains on bedspread and bath mat. Only one hand towel and washcloth. We had to request maintenance to get the TV working (problem with connection on DirecTV box). No breakfast. Should not advertise if not available. Floor behind bed was not cleaned in a long time. Public areas need serious cleaning.
