Service - The hotel is perfectly run with smiles and kindness. We had the deluxe room. Breakfast - Good breakfast although we would have liked to have some vegetables. Sleep quality - The beds were very comfortable. Cleanliness - Spotlessly clean. Location - Great for the old town. Perfect location to explore the town. Very quite. Rooms - For 2 adults they were excellent. Beautiful style. The room was very big with lots of space. I would have liked to have more english channels on the TV.

Friendly people. Nice rooms Very loud location. Also the staff is extremely noisy in the morning when setting up breakfast, the hallways have marble floors so noise travels everywhere. Very low shower pressure. Very underwhelming breakfast.

We stayed here for a week and it's an absolutely lovely hotel. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It's in the centre of the town so a good place for exploring restaurants, shops and the harbour. However the nicest thing about the hotel was the kind and thoughtful staff as nothing was too much trouble for them. We will return.

Speechless is the first word that springs to mind! An absolutely gorgeous old town boutique hotel, recently refurbished, with delicate facilities and amenities! Subtle luxury that you won’t forget! P.S. Large mirrors in the rooms are actually.... televisions screens!!

I stayed at the Ippolita when the restaurants in Greece closed and just before all the hotels were closed and was one of the Ippoliti’s few guests. Despite the threat of the virus, the staff was extremely friendly and gracious, ensuring I was well fed and that my stay was wonderful. My room was beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location was central, steps from the harbor yet quiet. I will definitely stay again.
