Dear David Hope this email finds you well. There are 2 options you can get to the lodge. From Entebbe Airport you can fly to Kisoro airstrip at $353 per person, then the transfer from Kisoro Airstrip is $180 per way.(its 1 hour and half drive) From Kigali Airport to the lodge is $250 per way and its 4 hours drive. We can arrange the tranfers,gorilla and chimp permits . Thanks Barbara

I would contact them directly as I drove up from Kampala---and what a drive it was. You may also consider driving in from Rwanda

Are there outlets available in rooms to charge phones, batteries or/& cameras? Is wifi available? thank you
Dear Jo, Thanks for your question,we dont have outlets in the rooms for charging phones or cameras since we are using Solar energy but we have the outlet in the main house which is secure so you can charge. Wifi is available. Thanks

Dear Usha, Yes,at this lodge there is the Batwa cultural trail option. It's 9 hours to Bwindi impenetrable forest by road,if not you can go by air and it's one and a half hours but you have to pay an extra fee for the airport transfer (provided by the lodge). For the gorilla permits,you have to get the Rushaga gorilla permits. If you have any more questions please contact crystal lodges Uganda Thanks Barbara
