I booked in LITTLE PETRA, only to find out that the place didn't exist, and when I called these guys send a car, and without saying so much (despite asking the driver all of the time where exactly we were going), we were brought to this crap place outside of Petra. Needless to say, filed a formal complaint with the site that had offered the accommodation. Turned out these guys have a long history of creating virtual places in the area that in reality are this place, including false reviews! Manager wouldn't even apologise to us. Real crooks. Stay away.

We made a reservation via Booking that was supposed to be paid when we arrive. So...on the arranged day we went there and the hotel receptionist said that they cancelled our reservation because of an invalid credit card. That was really strange, because usually if there is any kind of problem with the card we always receive a message by Booking, but not this time. Anyway, they said that there is no free rooms (we were 5ppl) but they will try to help us because the whole town is fully booked. So they said that they found a place of the same price and the same conditions and gave us the address. We went there..it was actually a hostel...the owner didn`t speak any English, but however we managed to explain him the situation. He said that they have only one free room for 4ppl. (that was not true as we understood later) and wanted to charge us more than the other price. It was already 8 pm so we decided that we will handle it and will stay there.. but entering to the bathroom it turned out that there was no running water. So we chose to search for another option and at the end of the day we paid 4 times more than we expected. But that was not the worst. The next day we received a phone call by Booking saying that Petra by night hotel wants to charge us because of "No Show". How is it possible to charge me for "No Show" when you explained that the reservation is cancelled because of invalid credit card? Luckily, Booking helped us. So don`t even spend your time looking at this hotel.
