Good location for Petra which is 30 mins drive away. The view and sunset is beautiful. Good selection of food and good quality. Room not that nice. Bathroom smelt of sewage and the bath was dirty. Some plugs didn't work and we didn't get wifi in our room. Also our room was really cold

Hotel is perfectly designed and clean, service was excellent, breakfast was so good with lots food variety. Room was clean and spacious. But the best thing about this hotel is the Turkish bath which was even better than the one we tried in Turkey. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is not a Hyatt Hotel as shown on many sites. That said...Hyatt Zaman Hotel & Resort is really the Hayatt-Zaman not Hyatt Hotel Petra This is a hotel made as a old arab village, rock wall rooms, etc. Hotel itself is fine, Food, Service, heating etc all working and fine. Only issue is its appx 1/2 hour from Petra which was hassle. otherwise it is small charming hotel with good service no complaints.

Good location. Interestingly designed. Bath room modern. But, mirror location in our room inconvenient. Breakfast and dinner were good and fresh. Hotel is very very clean. Reception staff is very helpful.
