The hotel is situated in a quiet area close to Wadi Musa downtown, but a little bit away from Petra entrance (15-20' walk). The structure is new, well kept, the room and the bathroom were wide, clean, well aerated. We slept well due to the absence of noises and the quality of the bed. The room heating/conditioning system was working well, without noise. Very good also the quality/quantity of the breakfast. The staff was very friendly, always ready to help us. The price a little bit expensive, but worthy for the services and the hospitality of the structure and its staff.

Hotel Petra Heart is centrally located. Nicely furnished rooms with very confortable beds. Quiet rooms and great breakfast. Very nice buffet dinner. Staff is very attentionate and friendly. Highly recommend staying there.

We stayed here for two night, 4 adults and 4 kids. The rooms are clean, modern and well equipped. Perfectly quiet and peaceful at night. The location is perfect, a ten minute walk to Petra gate but away from the tourist hub. It’s the staff that make it truly wonderful though - kind, generous and friendly, truly concerned about a sick child in our group. The chef is remarkable, such a wonderful selection of fresh western and Jordanian dishes at breakfast and kept trying to press food on us to take on our day trip! Far better than any big brand hotel. Just book it, you won’t regret it.

This place is amazing. Great rooms. Very clean. Good beds. Modern. Good aircon and heating. Nothing is to much trouble for the great, generous hosts who will do anything to help you. Good breakfast and they will make sure you have plenty to eat!! Good parking. Well located. Can walk down to Petra. Near shops restaurants and bakery. We were travelling with 4 kids and 4 adults from England. Would definitely recommend.
