This hotel is new and nice on par with the standards. You can easily see that it is a cut above the rest of the hotels nearby in town. It is not right next to the Petra park so don't compare with the mega hotel chains. The hotel provides a shuttle to Petra starting at 7am in

We were lucky to get 3 rooms at the last minute. Parking outside. Very clean rooms. Nice beds. Breakfast was ok, nice Jordanian biscuits and sweets. Service was ok. Easy walk to restaurants. Could walk to Petra but better to taxi.

Hi, can I ask you please. How to get to the hotel from Amman and what's the cost. Thanks.
It costs approx 80 Jordanian Dinar (about 110 USD) with the taxis out the front of the airport to get from Amman to the hotel. The rate is pretty much a standard rate and you cant really bargain. There were buses you could take but we were time limited and split the cost between the 2 of us which helped!

Agree with Joop V, stay in Madaba and then travel to Petra next day. Also if you're taking a taxi to Madaba ... suggest walking out of the airport and walking to the Taxi Booth outside for fixed price taxis. There is a counter inside the airport, which also offers transportation, but is much more expensive.
