Their service has been great so far! Our family is staying for 4 nights and the staff are very kind and accommodating. They make do with our requests even though they are short staffed . The restau served good food and we really appreciate those who assisted us. Mark, Louise, Carlo, Edron, John, Paul, Rj, Yanni and some other staff in the front desk, we appreciate your service! Attended the wedding event of my wife's bestfriend. The hotel is elegant, the food was delicious and the staffs are very warm. Guests really enjoyed the night. Thank you to Elmer, Rose, Ian, Arnel, Romar, Reyden, Eugene, Poy, Micah, Khisha and the rest of the team Grand Summit Hotel! No wonder this is the best hotel in town. Keep it up and hoping that you will be consistent. Kudos!
