Stayed here for a business trip and it was very terrible. 1. Stayed at the 6F and it was below the restobar - The music and live band from the rooftop were very loud and noisy. The room wasn't soundproof so you really can here all the noise. It was very disappointing especially when you're tired and need to rest. 2. Hotel staff weren't attentive - requested and followed up for utensils to be delivered in our room but NEVER arrived 3. We were informed that breakfast will be served from 8AM-10AM. But guess what - it arrived at 10AM

We really enjoyed our stay here, they have an awesome rooftop bar/cafe, our room was clean, modern and nice. It's a little hard to find though, make sure your taxi or tricikad driver knows where he's going and make sure of the address, the street name has changed and many people know it by the old name. Great stay!

Don't expect to get what you paid for. The price you will pay for their room is not worth it. Spacious room but No breakfast included and renovation is on going. Creepy because you cannot see any check in guest in their hotel and there's no guard in the lobby. If you cannot check out by 12nn exactly, you will pay half the price of the room! Pros: hotel staff is nice but not helpful and attentive. Location is near a coin operated laundry shop. A small restaurant near the hotel.

Stayed here for 1 night. I didn't expect that our room would be so stylish. I love their spacious rooms and bathrooms! The only thing that made me subtract 1 star is that they don't offer breakfast of some sort.

Stayed here last July 24-26 for a business trip. We're a bit concerned staying in Iligan so we opted to stay at CDO. Transportation: Drive from the airport was a bit long. around 1 hour, I usually travel for work so I won't recommend having to travel that long from the airport if you will stay here for work as well. For me, having to maximize your time as much as possible still is the most important since you will be working outside of the office. The metered taxi costs 450php -- for a 45 to 1hr ride with no traffic. which is pretty expensive in my book.... :( Check-in: They were a bit hesitant in letting us do an early check-in. Some hotels allow this when the room is available but I guess it's not applicable for this particular hotel, even though it seems that we are the only ones who checked in that time. (lack of people and what not) Room: We occupied their 2-bedroom standard room and added an extra mattress to accommodate 3 people. The room looks exactly like the ones in the photos of their website, it looks modern and well designed. The bathroom is clean and spacious enough with glass panels serving as dividers in the room. (This is a negative for me since I am not that comfortable using a bathroom with thin glass dividers/walls, call it "privacy during the call of nature" or whatever) I guess if you are travelling alone or with friends/family or significant other, its fine. Food: Our 2.8K room accomodation comes with free breakfast. It's plated silog meals which you can pick out the day/night before. We chose Tapa, Chicken Tocino and Bangus with free instant coffees. Food is anything but special i'd rate it a 3, just for the ambiance of their cafe located at the ground floor of the hotel. E-bar: I think this my most favorite amenity of the hotel. They have below zero beers and wide array of spirits to chose from. We ordered San Miguel beers and smoked cigarettes. Considering that it's very hard to locate smoking areas in Mindanao, this is a plus point for me. Other Feedback Negative: We ate at the local McDonald's which is a short walking distance from the hotel and I can't help but be annoyed with CAT CALLERS. I don't blame this to the hotel but I just need to put it out there that if you are as peeved as me with guys cat calling you, this hotel is not an ideal choice, unless you plan to stay inside 24/7 or Taxi your way thru the city. Positive: The wifi, lobby/cafe and E-bar has okay Wi Fi access. The staff are very accomodating and responsive to our requests. Conclusion: If I'll be going to CDO again for a business trip I will not choose this hotel. I'd rather stay at Red Planet or anywhere near their uptown area where the malls are located.

The Pacifico Hotel provides personalized service and stylish ambiance . The hotel has stylish rooms featuring modern day amenities that obviously addresses the needs of a traveler. Troom is spacious with minimalist design. It enhances one's stay with a TV with cable, mini bar, complimentary WiFi internet, in room safe, executive desk, tea and coffee making facilities. Request a room in higher floors, I can imagine that noise from the street can become an issue in the rooms in the lower floors. The shower and comfort room mirrors the generous floor and area space the room has. It is roomy and designed with muted colours light to the eyes. You will find a full length wall mirror fronting the toilet with bidet. They also have hot & cold shower but during our stay the water pressure was inconsistent.  Overall our stay at The Pacifico Hotel was pleasant. The location may not be the best if you're visiting the city to shop and dine. There are some hotels better located elsewhere in the city. You might also find this a bit expensive for a hotel. the price range is 10USD shy from top hotels in the city. I will however recommend this for travelers who wants comfort and no fuss hotel stay. This is good for business travel, expats coming home for a vacation and families who loves to stay in spacious rooms.

We have chosen this hotel because of his location and postive descritions/reviews. The factor "Boutique", which means for us modern, unique concept, interesting place, excellent staff/service...didn´t reach our expectation. We live and work since 10 years in the Philippines (also working in resorts/hotels) and we know what is the standard and price in this country. Pacifico is definitly over-priced. Due to the staff the hotel is only about 2 years old and you already can see that maintenance is not really in the managements/owners intention ;-) The Cafe-Restaurant is very basic, the service is nice, but slow and not really trained. The included breakfast was disappointing. We could even order an fresh juice on extra costs. You get eggs/bread/tea or coffee.Simple continental breakfast that´s it. Positiv plus was the roof-top bar (hardly to find) which was good for a cold beer in the evening. The shopping malls are a bit far, so you need to get a taxi to go to Ayala, SM, Robinson, etc. They have only one parking spot which is hard to park in and it´s not protected. The rooms are ok, but very noisy in terms of the busy main street and bad windows/doors isolation. Sad to say, we were not really happy to stay here and cannot recommend this place. The hotel could be much better, even at this location.I usually don´t like bad reviews because people, especially people from a different country, can be very critical in terms of their expectations, but in this case, I made an exception, since I´m sure there a better options to stay in Cagayan de Oro -maybe until the hotel are willing to improve and adjust their prices:-)

Got a deluxe room, price of which around Php500 less than Seda. Should've taken Seda instead. I arrived to an empty front office and had to wait for the staff. No issue with the no frills check-in, but there was nobody to assist with luggage. While my room was new and has good bathroom and bed, the supplies were so bare. Cheap soap and shampoo only. Slippers and robes not available. Breakfast was plain although it wasn't bad-tasting. The coffee needs to be changed. Again, for its price, better to look for other options.
