The hotel provided a flower-petal welcome for our honeymoon stay :) I paid a small amount (1k pesos) for this service for which they also delivered a tasty, two-person sized, red-velvet cake.

Apparently this is the best hotel in Cagayan de Oro and it is, but I really expected more for the price that was paid. Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in early January 2020 and paid roughly US$100 per night. The staff is very friendly and the hotel lobby looks great, but the room I was assigned was kind of worn out. Plenty of dings in the furniture and the room appeared kind of beat up. Didn't look like housekeeping hadn't checked under the couch for a while too. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain properly and I did not have hot water one evening in the shower. Best I could get was lukewarm after running it for 10 minutes. Restaurant was good, but service kind of slow for my liking. The staff try extremely hard, but I think they are too worried about being polite and proper than reading the needs of their customer. I'd stay here again, but would hope for a lower rate.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights, arriving at 6PM by taxi($16) from the CGY Airport. The uniformed guard watched us go through a metal detector and directed us to the x-ray machine to put our bags through.
A nice receptionist processed our prepaid check in, while we filled out a passport form, got our key cards/breakfast coupons/wifi code, and took one of the 3 busy elevators to the 19th floor.
Superior #1904 was carpeted with all the comforts; a comfortable queen, desk and chair, couch, extended closet with hot pot/water/refrigerator, large TV with BBC, Bloomberg, CNN and 50+ more clear channels, quiet AC, good secure room wifi and great lighting/ample outlets.
The spacious bathroom included a bathtub shower with a non-slip mat provided.
I used the beautiful, clean and large 3rd floor 5’ deep infinity pool and worked out in the outstanding 30 station gym.
The 6AM breakfast room was huge and attentively staffed by a youthful smiling crew. They served the juices, coffees and teas while we self-served from the long buffet tables with numerous hot and cold Asian choices. Over 600 were fed on our weekend morning, producing an atmosphere of a university food hall or a large cruise ship buffet.

On the negative side are the elevator waits and general people pressure on busy weekends and our room carpet needed shampooed.

Overall, we enjoyed this well run hotel connected to the 400 store Limketkai Center Mall with its wonderful Robinsons supermarket.

Overall not bad. I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and the service is very inconsistent. This is typical of hotels in the Philippines. Sadly they don’t train their staff on how important consistency of service is. I stayed in a suite this time and the room was great. When I arrived I noticed an extremely oily substance on top of all surfaces in my room. Housekeeping said this was polish but it looked and felt like oil to me. Anyway, the housekeeping guy removed it and didn’t apply it for the duration of my trip. So at least they listened to my needs. The other issue I have with this hotel is food related. Firstly, they don’t serve bacon everyday at breakfast. This completely amazes me. I was told that it’s the chef’s decision not to serve bacon everyday. For an international hotel I find this unbelievable. Every other hotel I’ve stayed in here in the Philippines, large or small serves bacon everyday! Also the food is expensive for what you get. Definitely not good value for money. My advice is eat out. There are plenty of good restaurants in the local area

This hotel has been my family's favorite temporary haven for the past years because of its great accommodations and facilities offered. Rooms were clean and spacious, while the pool and gym were exceptional. The location is also very good because it's accessible to almost all important destinations. We've always enjoyed our stay at this hotel and it has not disappointed us except once when there were lapses made by its employees. But I felt compensated enough after my last stay when I was greeted with courtesy and treated well. I'm sure I will be coming back.

We attended a convention here. Facilities are clean. Food is great. The staff are accommodating and friendly. The location is near to the major business Centers so it is very accessible. Transportation is easy to find and navigating the City from here is convenient.

One of the best hotels in Mindanao and ideal venue for wedding, business conference, class reunion, among others with complete amenuties. The hotel is very accessible since it is adjacent to malls, university, banks and other government offices. The first LEED building in the Philippines. World class!

Very good location, it really works for us. We are only here for 8 days, we spent 6 nights at this hotel unfortunately we have to transfer due to unavailability of rooms. Great breakfast and a sufficient gym as my partner and I used the gym as we want to continue our routines. The staff Ken de la Rita is very pleasant and accommodating. We will sure stay here on our next trip.

I’ve stayed here 3 times now and each time it has been outstanding.

The hotel is very clean and well appointed. It’s located in a great area close to SM Mall, Limketkai Mall and a great range of cafes and restaurants.

Without a doubt the best aspect of this hotel is the staff... they are great, always helpful and happy. In particular we want to thank Junah and JM from Kave restaurant and Ian and Lea at the front reception... they were wonderful in making our stay comfortable.

The infinity pool is awesome... a hidden treasure in CDO.

Like everywhere in the Philippines CDO can get noisy so choose a higher floor.

Ivan was such a joy as a bartender. My dad and I went to see him every night at the pool bar. The hotel doesn't advertise they're bar enough. The main bar in the lobby was never open but Ivan was always open at the pool bar. He ended up making a spectacular drink off of a very strange request from myself. I'm glad to hear that it will be getting put on the menu. Being half filipino it was nice to be able to have a drink made from Ube. If anyone stays at Limketkai ask for Ivan and ask for a Tequilila.

You can take the yellow airport taxis straight to the hotel, would cost you about 600-700 pesos or around $15-$20 usd for the cab which would fit about 4-5 passengers excluding driver. Or take the magnum express shuttle bus cost 199 pesos or arount $4 usd each person, the drop off station for the magnum express is at the mall beside Limketkai Luxe Hotel. From the drop off station it’s just a 2-3 minute walk to the hotel. The hotel suite rates are around 4,000-6,000 i think but you could always check with agoda and expedia hotel booking sites.
