Was very disappointed with my recent stay. Rooms were not ready on time. No amenities, just plane room. Furthermore, the very worse thing is that I think they reused the linens just for us to check in. Didn't notice it at first because we were already late with our afternoon appointment it was when we came back late in the evening no more energy to dwell with the Hotels BS!. Bath towels are way darker than foot rag!!! And the sheets are moldy and have some dark spots eewwww! . It would be nice if the owner will stay so they would feel how gross their rooms are. Hopefully the management will do something about it! ASAP!! The only Good thing is accessible and the tall guy was kind and has a pleasant tone of voice.

This is not a hotel, this is near to hospital. Linens are rough and dirty on all durations of our stay. Brown to dark color towels and linens. Not worthy! Didn't matched to the location it's in. Guess the management is okay about it. Cause all of us in our group has the same experience.

Stayed with my Filipina fiancé. The staff are good. Frontdesk is approachable housekeeping is helpful. But I didn't not enjoy the room. Sheets are disgusting! Hotel doesn't have much to offer aside mall convenience. But they'd left me with skin rashes/allergies. Hotel should change sheets and bed. All are parallel to foot rug color.

Travel stay at Red Planet Cagayan De Oro City, The accommodation is good only the linen sheet should be wash thoroughly so that we can sleep well with a very smooth, clean and refreshing smell of the linen blanket and pillows with regards of towel, it should be smooth and wash thoroughly because the white colors look so dirty although it was been wash but need more to be wash to have a comfortable use of towel.

-A staff member damaged my belongings in front of me. -Bidets don't work, no telephones need to go down to the front desk to ask for help. -Front desk doesn't take immediate action on your concerns and room problems.

It’s convenient for going to shopping coz 3 biggest malls in cdo is just a walking distance. Yes, it is very good location BUT. TOWELS sucks. Not neat, not white at all and smells something else. Doesn’t smell like it came from laundry. The doorknob sucks at the same time so hard to push. One more thing, no toothbrush and toothpaste, no supplementary water. Bedsheets are not white same as towel.

What I didn't like : grayish towels ; Badjaos on stand by at the hotel's entrance harassing guests to give them money. The hotel lacks security guards to control those Badjaos. So they must seek the help of thr CDO police to get rid of them.

No longer the same clean and modern hotel I’ve been into in 2015. The hotel has gotten shabby and would need a major upkeep especially the doorknobs, so difficult to open and from outside and inside the room. The rooms also have that musty smell that doesn’t go away despite us bringing room spray. Pillows aren’t that soft anymore too. Service was great, same good customer service upon checking in and out. Rooms need major makeover though.

Budget business hotel with a great restaurant at the ground level where you can take your meals from sunrise to sundown. Room is clean and big enough for one person. I stayed in a double room. It is walking distance to malls and restaurants. Airport vans are available just beside the hotel.
