A guesthouse for everybody. Price is worth the stay.salute to madam thw owner of the pension house.. the front offuce cleek are all great and helpful.recommended.. just a walk to centrio mall and sm downtown..recommended cow theres a lot of food stall around then a laundry place is also near. I went with family from the Philippines so it was not my choosing to come to this guest house.
On first sight, it looked a nice place. A lovely living room with Christmas Tree just like in Ireland. However I soon realised that this was the owners place. I wish he just shut the curtains!
The reality was the room was very disappointing and somewhat dirty. I would give it a 1 Star but I slept reasonably well the first night because I was so tired. The pillows were as hard as hell, the bed itself hard but just about sleepable on. There was no remote control for the TV and basically no curtain. The shower was on top of the toilet. Very poorly designed.
Breakfast the first morning was disgusting. An Omlette which was unedible. Unfortunately we needed to stay a 2nd night but I definitely did not take breakfast!
Look elsewhere people. There are much better places around!

We visited Cagayan de Oro last August 2015. It was my first time in the city. We stayed in Casa Luciana for 3 nights. It is just a few steps away from the new Centrio Mall. And very accessible to local transportation which makes going around the city a breeze. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were clean. Their rates are very affordable for those who are on a budget trip. We haven't had the chance to try their food though because we always ended up eating at the mall. But overall, i would gladly recommend this place to my friends and family 😊
