the hotel has everything you need from a hotel. comfy bed air con cleanish bathroom with hot shower. the bad points it's obviously an old hotel so is starting to look a bit worn and dated. the doors and windows offer no sound proofing and the main street is noisy. so are the people in the hotel. wear ear plugs if you sleep light. cant complain for 1300p it's a good price
This is an old hotel, meaning the rooms are large compared to newer hotels. But the airconditioning units are new and cold. Don’t expect much on the breakfast. Not many restaurants nearby. Still a good value hotel for business.
very clean and accommodating stayed there on two occasions breakfast is good need to get there as soon as it opens ,very clean nice big rooms near all the shopping areas view of the city from are room was good
Great facilities and good service. The staff was very accommodating to every question and request. A beautiful view from their rooftop bar. Will definitely recommend this as a comfortable place to rest and relax.
We booked the hotel for a week-long in-house training (+1 day prior and another day after). First impression is that there is not coordination with the front desk with their sales regarding our account on certain questions. We were booked on a very cramped hall which needed transferring. During the event, there is no dedicated staff to accommodate your needs, so one needs to leave the hall and look for anyone to assist. What's worst with our experience is they take stuff (i.e. audio cable) from our hall in the middle of the activity without even letting us know, so we ended up using nothing when we needed it -- I am certain that we have it in the morning because I personally showed videos while waiting for participants, and then gone in the afternoon. Food is nothing fancy; nothing worth reviewing. Front desk officers do not at least smile. When asked for official receipts, guest folios etc. upon check-out (plus other things we usually ask) they would just say they do not know about those because our account is under their sales department -- which only has one person working. They are understaffed in all levels which translates to the kind of service you would be receiving. For the rooms, the space is relatively ok. Water heater in the shower is not working well, though. A/C is working fine. For some reasons, they have allowed an in-room party which awakened me past midnight. I didn't know what action they did, but it lessened the noise afterwards.…

Once we arrived at reception, the staff told us to deliver the receipt to our room but never did,we kept on calling to request for a cloth or any solution to block the sunlight since the blinds on window kept us awake all day and so it was restless but they never did. Three days its been agony to sleep. They never care. Worst part was when housekeeping cleaned our room, we saw in the mirror that she was using our towel to wipe the bowl and other parts of the toilet which was sooo gross! She shouldnt use guests towels to clean, Yukk! Never recommended. Worst service.
Located at the center of Cagayan de Oro with a dominating tallest green building in the city you could not miss it. Problem is it is beside a hospital. expect sirens wailing even at night while you sleep. Rooms are big and clean but you can hear you next door neighbors talking. Elevators are small, security is ok, you need a key card to go to your floor. Receptionist are not so friendly, can't even give you a smile. The roof top bar & restaurant is its strong point though. Lastly you have to get your breakfast coupon every morning at the receptionist desk and the breakfast is not that great. over all just a place to lie your head at night while you do you work in the day.
The room has plenty of light, both natural and artificial;cabinets, table, counter tops at convenient locations.4 convenience outlets, plenty of mirrors. As a business traveler it has everything I want but the bathroom might not be Person with Disabilities friendly as the door and toilet settings might not allow wheelchair to pass without difficulty.
Staffs were very honest and polite. We did not have any problems at all. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall, its worthy of its price. Location was great also. :) it is near ayala mall and a great restaurant (cucina higala) was also accessible. Its just walking distance from there.
